The snowstorm was so loud, it woke you up in the middle of the night. You woke up and heard the wind blowing from outside. The news was right. Good thing you were inside. Even though you preferred to go outside. You tried to go back to sleep, but all of a sudden, you heard a loud banging noise! You gasped, and quickly scurried out of your parents' arms. You slowly went down the attic, and walked down the stairs to the living room. Surprisingly, when you went down, you saw how beautiful it looked. The Christmas tree and presents were downstairs. That was a bright side. And it didn't look all the bad. Beside the tree was a stool. You walked closer to the stool, and you saw a plate of three cookies. Gingerbread men cookies. When you looked at them, you saw that the gingerbread men looked exactly like the boys! You forgot about why you came downstairs again, until you heard the banging noise again! You jumped, and ran back up the stairs. Before you left, you saw the fireplace started to crumble! You gasped and tried to run, but you tripped and fell down the stairs! You fell to the floor with a thud. And when you did, the fireplace stopped crumbling. You looked and saw cracks on the wall above the fireplace. Some ornaments fell with a clank on the floor. You slowly walked up to the fireplace, and you saw something. It looked like...chains...?! You covered your mouth and breathed hard into them. You tried to move, but it seemed your feet were stuck to the floor! You then watched as you saw a dangling tattered robe coming down the chimney! You watched more as you saw more and more come out! You then saw hands! And then horns! And then...! There it was. Your heart was pounding as you saw a monster coming out of the fireplace! It wasn't Saint Nick you thought was coming out of the fireplace. It was something else. The monster slowly came out, and you looked down as you heard thumping on the ground. And then you slowly looked up as you heard heavy breathing coming from inside the hood of the beast! The beast then looked at you, and you saw its face! You looked and saw black eyes and glowing red pupils staring deep into your soul. You still tried to move, but you couldn't! The monster then slowly raised a finger. It was so long and bony with a sharp, demon claw on the tip! The claw then slowly touched your cheek, and you whimpered softly. The demon then saw a tear slowly going down your cheek, and he wiped it away slowly with his claw. It then put something on the floor, and slowly went up the stairs. When you saw the shadow of the beast disappear, you regained yourself, and you panted hard. You slowly looked down, and picked up what he left. It looked like a large Christmas bell. You looked at, and saw something embraced in the bell. A word. It said...Krampus.
