"So magic is real?" I took a swig of the beer placed in front of me.

"Yap." Edwin looked at me in aw.

"And she was..."

"A witch that knows Andromeda and is helping the ones in this town."

"Whos Andromeda."

"The prior owner of this body."

"What!"

"I body jump because I'm unable to have my body."

"Hold on, hold on I need a moment."

"Go ahead." I took another drink as his world came crashing down on him.

"Why are you telling me this?"

"Because you are a freshly turned vampire."

"What!"

"If you keep yelling you may just attract your new bosses."

"Oh my god!"

"Don't worry, I'll help you out." It was quiet in the bar, I waited for him to continue with his questions.

"What's your name?"

"Aeonian." I extended my hand.

"It's a pleasure to meet you and I want to thank you for helping me." I snickered as we shook hands.

"Don't thank me yet Edwin." I took a gulp of beer.

"For some reason, I have a feeling you've been around a while."

"That's an understatement, you can smell the decay of my soul." I finished off my beer. "Look, I don't want to talk about me."

"That's okay. What do you want to talk about?"

"Are you going to finish that beer?"

"Oh, no." He slid his beer to me and I downed in a matter of seconds.

"Have a nice night." I patted his back as I got up to leave.

"Wait, you can't just leave me with this new information."

"I'm not leaving. I'm going to bed."

"Oh, so I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Bright and early." I saluted him and charged out the door.

That creature, Haley, the vary name makes my blood boil with rage at what she did to my once peaceful family. Because of her, I lost my mate, my siblings, and my body. But I need to focus on the now, something is making the mortals turn into creatures of history and if it's not the witch thin it's someone powerful. Whoever resides in this town is in danger of becoming an immortal. I have to combat this threat and I can't do it alone. I'm going to train these boys so hard that within a year they will be ready to fight and kill the hoard of immortals that won't stop for anything. I woke up just before sunrise to began there training. When I arrived at the barracks where the 26 of them live I decided to have some fun with them. I stood before the double doors and pointed my scythe at it. I whispered a few incanted words and they came running out in panic as lightning chased them in there underwear.

"As you can tell I'm not your normal commander!" I began walking around them as the lightning faded and they looked at each other astonishment. "I expect you to be up before me practicing!" I stopped in front of one of the men. "And burn those disgusting things, I don't want to see anyone with tighte whites. Am I understood!"

"Yes, ma'am!"

"Get dress and meet me in the mead hall for breakfast." Twenty-five of them went to go get dressed while one walked over to me partly dressed. "I see you picked up on my clue."
