the Gaurdian of artemis' s Hunt(artemis x soren lichen)

Chapter 4:

~~~ 3 days later~~~
~~Soren pov~~
I wake up and i see my mother sitting at my bedside smiling softly before saying" hello son how are you feeling?" I sit up saying" i am feeling good, a bit bored" she smiles saying" then go back to your charge and earn the respect of the hunters who follow Artemis and eat and take care of yourself or i will pinch your ear till you have a hole in it the size of my thumb!" I shiver in fear nodding quickly standing she continues" hey son mind if i drop you off in the camp?" I smile and say" of course  you can mother i would be delighted for you to take me back to the hunters."
~~Artemis pov~~
~~~somewhere not to far away~~~
I  walk out of my tent yelling" hunters gather around me now!" I know today Soren should be returning today and i need to make sure that the hunters understand why  Soren has been gone for so long.  All of my hunters stand in front of me i speak clearly and loudly" hunters Soren is returning today he wasn't eating which was slowly killing him, and he was put in his mothers care for those who do not know that Hestia is his adoptive mother. You all have hurt him to the point that he stopped eating food which he needs, all except Sophia who is his sister because she is Hestia's daughter and before you assume no Hestia hasn't broken her vow she did what Athena does when she wants a child. Soren, on the other hand, is the son of a dead god called anthuri god of dragons sorens people were hunted down by Zeus and us a long time ago zoe and i never really thought much of it when we first killed one but sorens people were killed after the giant war soren was only 5 years old and Hestia saved him and asked chaos to make him a guardian and he trained since then to be stronger. from what i understand he is slightly younger than zoe... all through those years he was seen as a monster a demon, in fact, he was hunted by us once and he was the only prey to get away... you all owe him an apology at the very least, or we may lose him for good and he will become like the beasts we hunt... he will become a drakon, that's what his people become if they give into the darkness ..." a flash of fire came from the fireplace and i see soren kneel to Hestia saying" thank you, mother, i will visit you when i can, i will be stronger and i will not die! or devolve into one of them. now if you will excuse me i have many chores to do and a group of man-hating women to keep safe, not that they need it." she nods hugging her son looking at me clearly saying" you mess up again i will torch your hunters." the hunters turn each bowing in unison saying" we are sorry for how we treated you." soren looks at them grimly then to me stating" did you order them to do this? if so it means jack shit until i see change... actions speak louder than words. do not apologize to me" he puts a hand on zoes shoulder standing her up and as he walks down the line saying" learn from your mistake and grow to be the best huntresses i know you all can be," she gets to where i am and he kneels saying " and i am just one hell of a guardian, now then i must get back to my chores." he gets up about to walk away then he stops and says" dinner will be in about an hour." with that he walks into the kitchen and i feel heat on my cheeks i look at Hestia she mouths" he is a good man you two deserve each other." at that i flip her off making her laugh as she disappears.  soren mutters something under his breath and i grab him by his collar asking" what was that?" he looks at me fearfully hands up saying" i just said why the hell would you say that mother? i dont know why she is so persistent on me finding me a lover i mean look at me i am a scaley half-blood with wings and a fuckin tail for fucks sake, who would go out with me am i right?" turns to the hunters waiting a moment before facepalming" gods i have a lot of work to do on this group... i was trying to be funny!. do you all get your sense of humor ripped out of you when you join the hunt or something?" still no laughter then i hear sophia burts out in laughter she was in front and she says" soren remember that one time whe mom tried to get you with one of the aphordites children, and you just said no to her and mom sprayed  you with a watergun like a dog?" i begin to laugh to saying between laughter " oh yeah then you threw a water baloon at me you knuckle head!" i give her a noogy she continues to laugh then i get hit by a water balloon in the face she laughs harder and i back away looking at her saying" oh now you have done it sis" i ignite my hand on fire saying" fire ball fight!!" i chunk it at her she catches it i ignite my fists again gesturing come at me them i get sprayed by artemis who looks at me seriously i whisper" i think i am in trouble sis. you might wanna go to your group." she nods before hitting me in the face with a fireball making me hit a tree i lay there before saying" Sophia tone down on the power jeez!" Artemis yells" SOREN DRAVEN COME HERE THIS INSTANCE!!" i gulp and do as i am told and i kneel head down my ears also down she kneels saying coldly" you will do your chores and you will eat, that is all but first you must receive my blessing." i nod she puts her hand on my chest saying" i Artemis goddess of the hunt and the moon give this man my blessing."  i feel something different and i go into a vision like state and i see me and Artemis leaning on one another, and us kissing and us together with the hunt, when i get out of the vision  i feel a slight burning on my neck i grab it as something burns into my scales i yell out in pain i hunch over clenching my teeth taking a deep breath before standing saying" thank you milady, i will get strait to working on my chores" 

~~artemis's pov~~

i smile evilly saying" but you should start immediately after you received my blessing or you may strain yourself and besides i want you and my hunters to get along so ladies you are going to watch and or play games with soren to make him feel welcome, and you can do whatever you desire excluding the obvious rule. you can change his clothes use him as target practice or just hang out, and soren you will do anything they want..." this gets a couple of looks from my hunters mainly the older ones.~~~to be continued~~~
