Prologue Train
"Catch me! If you can't then you're a loser and I won't give you my gift!" Elsie shouted these words to Kenneth who eagerly agreed to play. They were waiting for their turn to ride the train and while waiting, Kenneth and Elsie decided to play tag.
"I love you Elsie! You had me a gift!" Kenneth was smiling at Elsie while they were running. They were wearing coats, boots, hats and mittens because it was a very cold December night.
"Eww. You can't say I love you. Only old people say that." Elsie laughed so hard then it didn't come to her mind when she bumped someone.
"Hey, careful, darling." She fell and landed on her butt but she stood up and then faced a woman who looked beautiful and enchanting.
"I'm sorry." Elsie muttered as she stood up and put her hands behind her back. She was too shy to look up and her face had a hint of pink.
"Hi mother!" Kenneth wrapped his arms around Elsie's neck and Elsie pretended that she was suffocating. Kenneth looked at his mother with a wide smile.
"I'm going to die! Help! Help!" The woman in front of the children chuckled at the scene Kenneth and Elsie made. They are too cute to be true!
"Knock it out, Kenneth- son, you're suffocating your best friend. Aw, you poor things. Now, let's get your things and get into the train. We're going to miss our ride" The woman said playfully. Elsie was really amazed on seeing how pretty and nice Kenneth's mom is.
The woman walked towards the train and the two followed. Kenneth and Elsie walked with her hand wrapped around Kenneth's right hand. When they got in, they went into another room, still folowing the woman and before entering, Kenneth and Elsie stopped.
Kenneth checked his cute leather watch and whispered something in Elsie's ears. "It's exactly my birthday."
Then Kenneth kissed Elsie on her left cheek. "I love you Elsie!" She smiled at him playfully because she didn't get it and was just really happy for Kenneth because it is his birthday. Kenneth hugged Elsie so hard then he let go. "Now, can I get my gift now? Where is it? I caught you already!"
