Rosalind's POV:
The first person I text is Zoey! I tell her thanks for talking mom into getting me a phone.
She asks me about a boy named Dylan. Ohhh, that's D! Why would she be with him?
Oh crap! I missed the youth get together. Well oh well I already know Zoey and Zach both.
Why would she be asking about D? Maybe she likes him. They would be cute, well I think, all I know about D is he likes soccer. Which so does Zoey.
*buzz buzz*
I look down at my phone.
'Hey'
It's some random number. I wonder who it is?
'Who is this?'
'Col, your dad said you got a new phone and gave me your number.'
Oh great! Why is he texting me?
'Uh, hey."
This is so weird it's like the first actual conversation I have had with a guy over text, and it's with Col!
The conversation goes on and on. We talk about pointless stuff. But he can keep the conversation going pretty well. Finally I think it's going to come to an end.
'So are you coming to Church camp?'
'When is it?'
'June 11-16'
'Uh, I might if Zoey or Madeline comes.'
'Oh they will come!'
'Oh ok, well ttyl.'
And that was the end of our conversation.
