"TT?" I whispered.
"Yeah babe?"
Lots of horrible thoughts were racing through my head. Will she leave me? Does she even love me? Am I good enough for her?
"Will you leave me?" I started "Will you leave me like everyone else?" I cried.
"No! Never in a million years!" she almost seemed offended "What makes you ask, huh?" As she asked, she wrapped her hands around my waist, pulling me closer to her as we lay in my four-poster bed.
"Well, if I'm being honest I've been thinking lots about us and my past."
"What about you past exactly? I mean if you don't mind me asking of course."
"Not at all TT." I let a small, sincere smile appear on my face reassuring Toni. "When I was 13 I liked this guy called Mason. He was my first ever real crush, so being the dorky, little 13 year old I was, I walked up to him shyly and asked him if he wanted to hang out."
Toni nodded her head as her lover spoke, not caring about the fact that she was talking about one of her ex's.
"So anyway he said he would like that very much, so I invited him to Thornhill for a few hours and my parents adored him so that was a huge plus for me." "Soon after that day, I went over to his, then him to mine and so fourth until one day we were sitting in a booth at Pop's when he asked if I wanted to be his girlfriend." "I was over the moon. I was freaking out on the inside. I simply replied with: Of course Mason!" " We became Riverdale Elementary's most popular couple. But a few years after we'd started dating Mason broke up with me. He said it wasn't going to work out." "I just sort of stood there." I said as I twisted Toni's pink hair around my finger. "I didn't know what to do. I could feel the tears starting to form. And the worst part was he did this in front of all our friends."
"Oh Cher, you must've been to good for him then!" she giggled.
"But wait. It gets even better." I say sarcastically, rolling my eyes.
"A couple days later I found out that him and my best friend were now dating. So that was the icing on the cake for me." I finished.
"And don't even get me started on my parents." I groaned.
"And well you know what happened with JJ.." as I finished talking I felt a pair of soft lips crash into mine, obviously I melted into the kiss immediately.
"I promise you that I will never leave your side Cher. Not ever."
"God I love you Antoinette Topaz."
