A few minutes had passed and Niall was still not back and It was official he hated me and I blew having a plane buddy. I decided to start back reading and he came back probably to pick up his bag.

"Hey sorry to just up and leave like that but I went and got some food for us" he said.

"Oh no it's fine and thank you for the food next time it is on me" I replied.

He got us some chips and water to drink and we began to talk and we got back on the subject of music.

"Ok so if you could pick either one of my songs or a song from the band everyday without getting sick of it what would it be" he said while smiling.

"Oh that is a tough one ummmmm probably Flicker" .

"Interesting" he said while raising his eyebrow.

"What is that supposed to mean."

"Oh nothing" he chuckled.

"So what's your answer then ?"

"Not important and you probably already know".

"So what is this twenty questions but only for me".

He started laughing then he smiled "yup".

I laughed nervously "oh fun".

"Ok next question. What is your favorite color?".

"Green or black".

"Ok ok green is a pretty cool color as I like it too".

I laughed "ha you just answered well technically a question".

"Ohhhh sneaky sneaky sneaky" he laughed.

I can't believe out of all people this was happening to me. I was full on having a conversation with Niall. I was literally a girl from a small town, with no friends, and who loves to avoid conversation and rather read like what was happening.

"What is your favorite movie?"

"What do you think?"

"Harry Potter probably because of your name" he said jokingly.

"Wow good job" I clapped.

"Do you like musical movies?"

"Yes I like to sing along with them even though my voice is terrible".

He did his little smirk "you can't be that bad come on sing something for me".

I raised my eye brows and laughed at him "oh no just take my word for it".

"Ok fine. We still have a long time on this flight so I will get you to sing before we leave this plane".

"Oh really. It will definitely be a challenge because I don't sing in front of anyone besides my dog and she looks at me like she is telling me to stop. So that is how bad I am".

He laughed once again.

He finally stopped playing the twenty questions and wanted to know what kind of town I lived in and I proceeded to tell him.

"I live about 2 hours outside of L.A and I live in a small town with about roughly 2,000 people and I have to drive almost an hour to school but it is a pretty nice place. It's quiet and peaceful and well it's home".

"It sounds nice do you like living there?" He asked.

"Yes and no. Yes because it's been my home for so long and I can't picture my self anywhere else and I just feel comfortable there. No because i feel like there is so much more out there for me and I kind of feel stuck sometimes if any of that makes sense" I smiled nervously.

"No it does but I understand home is home".

"Yes exactly".

He then continued on with the twenty questions and we found out that we have similar taste in stuff and this had to be the longest conversation I had with someone other than my family. It felt nice and felt like somebody finally understood me.

I never want this plane ride to end.
