Explanation:

Y/N was young, 6 to be honest, when her father and mother died. Leaving her with a bipolar adoptive mother. Y/N got into an accident days later, ripping her left eye out and damaging the right to make the eye color grey. Small cracks in the skin running up from the jawline to her left eye were clear to be seen.

Y/N was brought to a hospital days later and given a mask, although she hated the thing. It made her look off, like she would have been in a Jason movie or his daughter of some sort.

People began to call you the nickname "Prosthetic" . Having enough of the bullying you convinced your Mother to move, bringing you away from that hell, but straight into another one. Y/N is now 15.

Addison apartments.

Y/N's p.o.v

I ran through the apartment room 404 (that's the empty one...right?) Unpacking as many boxes as possible and trying my hardest not to slip, my mask making it hard to see. My long H/C hair was balanced with a ponytail.

I heard a knock on the front door but didn't pay kind to it, thinking Mom would get it anyways.

But the knocking just grew louder.

"Y/N! Get the door!" Mom yelled to me, " But mom! They will see my ma-" I was cut off by a loud "NOW."

I huffed and walked to the door, opening it to reveal an older woman. (Hah! Gotcha) she looked surprised for only a moment before a cheery smile spread across her face. She wore what looked like a janitors outfit so I assume she was one, not to mention the mop and bucket down beside her.

Damn it Y/N, your so stupid.

I thought to myself.

"Why hello dear! I'm Lisa Johnson, The janitor of this place. Keepin' it clean and happy." She said, her go lucky attitude couldn't help but spread to me.

I smiled beneath my mask, "Hello, I'm Y/N L/N." I responded and saved a small bit, my head moving when I talked.

"Nice to meet you dear, you see I've got a son downstairs and he has a nice friend who I think if you'd like you could meet them." She said, Giving me another warm look.

"Oh it's fine I don't wanna intru-" once again I was cut off, "She would love to!" My mother said as she put a hand on my shoulder.

"Great! Oh I almost forgot! Here's this keycard so you can get down there." She said, handing me the small flat card.

I nodded and looked down at it, glancing at my mom and Lisa before heading towards the elevator I had used to enter.

A/N: Ey! Done! Sorry if it's short and I'll try not to rush this, it'll be the long run so buckle up here we go!
