chapter 5:Year 8

School started again in September the summer holiday had been pretty smooth I did get to go and visit my dad in prison but that didn't go to well he told me that I was the person that broke the family up and it was my fault that mum died and my fault that he is in prison I tried to ignore all of it but it was just always on my mind.Anyway school is starting again and as we drove up the school drive I said to my social worker could she do some research to find out if I had anymore family near by that I didn't know about she said sure thing.Then I got out the car and went to my dorm when I got to my room my friends where all ready there we sat down on our beds and talked about what we did in the summer.They were talking about where they went on holiday and how much fun they had and then it came to me and they asked me where I went and how was it and obviously I didn't want to tell them about my family situation but I kind of thought that I would have to tell them at some point so I told them everything.About 10 mins later my new head of year came into are dorm room and she said"how are you settling in girls" we all said fine then she said"Lucy(me) can I have quick chat with you outside" of course I new what this was going to be about I new this was going to be about my bed wetting problem(just to let you know it didn't go away over the summer) and to my surprise it was about it.She told me that we have a school trip to the Isle Of Wight coming up and she wanted to make sure that I was ok to go on the trip with my whole bed wetting situation.We had dinner and went to bed
