After Sean placed the girl in one of the moving beds, he watched as the doctors rushed her to another room. What he was supposed to do now, he was debating with his self if he should stay or leave. In the end, he decided to stay just to make sure she survived and then he will continue with his life. Even though he didn't have any life after leaving his pack in shame or purpose for that matter to return to, he knew he shouldn't stay. She was a stranger to him and she was probably going to think, he is another weirdo stalking her.
After a couple of hours a nurse around her forties appeared, she was too happy for a place like that but he didn't comment on it. She asked a lot of questions, questions he wasn't sure how to answer to, so he decided to lie his way out, not entirely though he kept some parts of the truth.
After the mini interrogation of the nurse and him answering her questions in the most polite way he could master, he found out that she survived and she was better. The doctors except her to wake up soon. That was his cue to leave he thought and he start walking to the same way he had come, leaving the nurse behind him. Probably she was still talking to herself, not realising he had left.

Sean was far away from the hospital by now, but he couldn't sake the thought that he should have been there, waiting for her to wake up. He dismissed those thoughts as he remind himself that she is a complete stranger to him and he shouldn't care as much. Maybe it was the guild eating his soul, maybe it was the fact that if he was still an alpha he would have been there without having second thoughts and rescue her before the rouge got a chance to beat her. Maybe it was something entirely different but he couldn't realise it, for now.
He reassured himself that he did his part as a good samaritan, he took her to the hospital and stayed there until he was informed that she was fine but he didn't feel fine. For some reason her cries in pain and desperation were repeating inside his head and before he realised it, he was walking back to the hospital.
And then he saw her, coming out of the hospital and then start walking. He tried not to go near her and decide to watch her from afar.
"Stupid girl" he thought to himself
"Why is she walking? She needs to rest" he kept asking himself. He knew what he should do but he didn't know how she would react to it.
He cursed himself and decide to make his presence known.
"Why are you walking, you need to rest, to heal" he yelled to her back as he was making his way towards her.
He watched her as her body tensed for a mere of seconds and then it relaxed. She slowly turned towards to the sound of his voice and smiled.
Sean stared into her eyes, she had dark brown eyes that were similar to her hair, so common yet so mesmerising he thought and then he scolded himself for thinking her in that way. He had a mate, he reminded himself.
The girl cleared her throat and that caused him to be back to the present and out of his clouded mind.
"I know but I need to go home and since my car is not here I must walk there" she said with the smile not leaving her lips. Sean sigh and before she had any chance to react he picked her up bridal style
"What are you doing" she yelled trying to get out of his arms but he didn't budge.
"I am taking you home" he said firmly and the he froze dead in his tracks
"To your home I meant-" he said with wide eyes, he felt his cheeks warming up, was he blushing? why is he blushing?
They stood there for a brief moment in silence and Olivia been her self voice her thoughts
"Why did you saved me, I know that I wasn't robed. That guy was a" and then it was her turn to freeze
Sean immediately sensed her distress, the reason she had to stop herself from talking. She knew that the guy that attacked her last night wasn't human he was a werewolf, a rouge. She was human though, who shouldn't be aware of the supernatural world but somehow he was sure that she knew, the question was now how much did she knew
"A wolf" Sean complete her sentence and she just nob while lowering her head. By now Sean let her gently down and support her by placing his hand on her lower back.
"How do you know" he asked gently with a soft voice not wanting her to go into defence.
She rose her head up to meet his eyes, shamelessly she start checking him out and he felt a smirk forming on his lips for some reason.
"You are a werewolf as well, am i right" she asked with the same tone that he used
Sean's body tensed and he didn't say a word. What he could possible say, yes I am a werewolf and alpha for that matter, who's mate rejected him and slept with his brother?
She didn't took his silence very well and with an irritated expression
"Why did you save me, you don't know me and I can assure you now I have no money to give you" she whispered yell frustrated.
Sean eyes widen from her accusations, what he thought of him, he didn't like it one bit
"I don't want your money, I am an alpha, who always takes care of his p-" and with that he stopped not allowing his self to finish that sentence
"an alpha.." she said more to her self
"I never herd an alpha being a rouge" she said with a soft voice laced with curiosity and concern but somehow made Sean not wanting to continue their small chat, he needed to get out of here, his past was catching up to him and his only way of escaping was to run away.
"well now you have" he reply back with a cold voice, void of any emotion. And with that he turned around to leave.
"Wait" she screamed without having any control of her mind. Somehow she didn't want him to leave, at least not like that. She didn't like it for some reason that he made him upset. He saved her, she should have at least been more discrete.
