READ: THIS CHAPTER TAKES PLACE 5 HOURS AFTER THE PREVIOUS CHAPTER. IT'S SETTING IS AT THE TRAINING AREA.
Aizawa P.O.V
"If you take any longer, I might as well claim my win", I said annoyed.
"Patience Aizawa. Without patience, where will you get in life?", she laughed.
"Whatever. Let's get this over with", I put on my goggles and threw my capture weapon her way, catching her successfully.
I pulled on my scarf, now lunging her my direction. This seems a little too easy...
She cut my scarf and jumped back avoiding any close combat.
"Your getting really annoying with those knifes", I activated my Quirk and all she did was smile.
"Don't make this harder on yourself. I heard you get dry eye really quick", she threw her knife aiming for my face and if I were to dodge any later I would've had an extra hole added there.
"Trying to kill me, are we?", I asked.
"No. Just testing reflexes", she smirked.
She ran toward me and I jumped throwing my capture weapon toward her once more.
I swung her around in a wall and kneed her in the stomach.
She let out a groan of pain and laughed. "Not going easy on me?", she asked.
"Not one bit"
She kicked me away from her and grabbed my arm swinging me in the same position she was in the wall.
"Tch, stealing moves. You can do better, right?", I reached for her neck, but she flipped back throwing two knifes at me, at the same time, mid flip.
Both knifes went through my uniform, holding it in place.
"You tell me", she said while twirling an extra knife in her hand.
"How is this possible? I erased your quirk", I asked confused. My hair fell to my shoulders as my lips twitched at the fact.
She threw more knifes my direction outlining my whole body making sure I didn't move.
"What exactly do you think my Quirk is?", she asked.
"Precision. That's what I was told"
"Well you heard wrong", she smiled. She looked at me as if she knew I would give her that answer.
"Then what is it? I find it impossible for your aim to be this perfect without it being a quirk", I scowled.
"Something called training. I've been playing with knifes for 15 years. If my aim wasn't accurate I'd be a little frustrated. I wouldn't call it perfect", she shrugged.
"I'm not convinced", I argued.
"I'm not saying that my Quirk doesn't help because it does, immensely, but when you activated your Quirk, I got lost and you were able to get a hand on me, but I knew I had to do something to get you trapped. Had to get you back and put you in a position where you can't move as freely. Yeah I stole your move, but does that really matter? You tried to get me again, but I wanted to show you that I'm not as easy to catch as you thought. I'm not Quirk dependent. I'm still good with precision. Plus my technique is as good as yours. I heard it took you 6 years to master the usage of your capture weapon, is that right?", she exclaimed.
"Yeah. It took me years to get it to work with my Quirk"
"Mine didn't take as long. If anything, I had to learn how to use the knife itself. Including it with my Quirk wasn't the challenge. I ended up cutting myself too many times not to learn my lesson the first time. I trained with the best and became the best", I rolled my eyes at her words.
"Can you answer my question now, instead of telling me your life story", I yawned.
"Now why would I tell you? If you can't guess it within the next week, then you can forget about it. It's not so hard to guess", she scoffed.
"Somebody is bound to know and I will eventually figure it out, so why not just tell me now?", I questioned.
"Because I refuse to tell you. Simple as that", she growled.
"Humph, Whatever you say. Get me out these knifes so I can head home. We'll continue this tomorrow", I said.
"Tomorrow?", she asked.
"You didn't think it was going to be one day, did you? I have a week to identify your quirk. That's a week of analyzing. Plus...I'm getting my win", I said the last part while turning my head to the side.
I was angry. She beat me so quick and I was never the one to accept failure.
I took what she showed off in combat training with the students into consideration, so I know what to look out for, but I guess she was holding back on them before...considering that I lost to her.
She came up to me and took out the knifes from my clothes.
"Thank you. See you tomorrow Ms. Chizuru. Tomorrow will be different, so don't get used to this", I huffed.
"Hopefully you'll be more of a challenge", she said.
"I was just analyzing today. You can expect more tomorrow. A lot more"
"Is that so? I doubt it, but what ever you say Aizawa", she laughed.
"Are you underestimating me Ms. Chizuru", I squinted.
"Of course not, I'm just going based off what I saw today. The only compliment I can give you, is that you lasted longer than the children", she smirked.
"You sure love to talk a lot huh. Downing me is no way to win a battle, so don't be amazed when you lose against me. I'm not saying for you to fear me, but be careful because I'm not the one to sugar coat a fight", I said.
"I'm so scared. Is that supposed to be threatening?", she mocked.
I rubbed my temples and sighed as she spoke.
"Ms. Chizuru, this game of yours, where you just absolutely have to annoy me needs to come to an end. I feel as if you do this purposely for your own entertainment. Is that it?", I questioned.
"Annoy you? Oh I'm sorry. Maybe I shouldn't speak. Would that be in your favor?", she asked.
"Maybe", I mumbled.
"Ok Aizawa. Whatever you say"
There it all started. Two rivals beginning a war.
