The mystery guy is model @louist91 who Harry has been interacting with on Instagram and posted a photo with the young lad a week ago. Harry has said that he doesn't "label his sexuality " but has had many girlfriends in the past, his latest was model Camille Rowe who he spilt from 6 months ago.
