This is based before season six and stuff. My timeline of what happened in what season is a little wonky, but what's important to understand is that they still have the castle of lions.
"Uh, Princess? We're going to be home a bit early" Coran said over the radio intercom
"Why? Did you and Lance finish getting all of the stuff I needed? That forest is pretty thick, you can't have found the supplies already"
"Uh, no. We ran into a bit of a... situation... with some flowers. But Lance will be dandy in no time! I just can't really get anything done with him around right now, so I'm just gonna pop in really quick and drop him off and then I'll continue getting the supplies you asked for"
"Coran, what happened to Lance?" Allura asked sternly
"Um, nothing much, he'll be fine. We'll be there in thirty doboshes" Coran finished, shutting off his intercom before Allura could reply

Coran walked into the Castle, Pidge and Shiro waiting for him as he walked out.
"HOLY FRICK CORAN WHAT HAPPENED TO LANCE? I THOUGHT YOU SAID HE WAS FINE" Pidge yelled running over to examine Lance
"He is! Just, a little younger"
Shiro took Lance out of Coran's arms "How did this happen exactly?"
"Uh, Lance was looking around and he walked right into an Iunior flower. You know those things! My best buddy got caught by one once, he was one for nearly a whole week!"
"A whole week?!" Shiro's eyes widened "But we need Lance to fly the red lion!"
"Oh, he'll turn back before long, it's not like we'll get attacked by a whole fleet of Galra!"
"You're gonna jinx us, Coran" Pidge grumbled
"Oh cheer up! He's really cute like this anyhow, baby humans can't be that hard to take care of"
"Oh just you wait" Shiro laughed
The trio walked into the lounge room where Keith and Hunk were talking, well, mostly Hunk.
"Paladins, you have a new mission as of now!" Coran announced rather happily "You are on babysitter duty!"
Both Hunk and Kieth shared confused looks until they laid eyes on baby Lance, who was fast asleep in Shiro's arms.
"OH MY GOSH ITS A BABY" Hunk yelled jumping up from the couch.
"Hunk, that's Lance," Keith said getting up after him
"Wait, that's Lance?" Hunk asked skeptically "THIS IS EVEN BETTER"
"Hunk no." Keith facepalmed
"OH MY GOSH LET ME SEE HIM" Hunk smiled, his eyes sparkling
"Hold up guys, we have to figure this out," Shiro said, handing the baby over to Hunk
"What's to figure out? We get to watch a baby!!" Hunk said giving a now awake baby Lance a bayard to play with.
"Oh! Coran your back!" Alurra said walking in "I heard Hunk practically from the other side of the castle, what's going on? Wheres Lance?"
"Right here!" Hunk said holding up the tiny baby
"Oh my word what happened to him? Coran, I thought you said he was fine!"
Short chapter I know, they'll be longer in the future
