OMNISCIENT

Jimin is a douche. A complete douche.

"Are you feeling okay?" Dahyun asked as soon as he woke up from his sleep. She barely had any sleep that night, thinking if Jimin is okay. "How are you feeling?"

Jimin sat down and looked at Dahyun, "Get me a bottle of soju." He demanded, but Dahyun wanted to refuse. That Jimin in front of her was not the same person she met back then. "Please."

"Chim," she called. "No." She firmly said which made him sigh.

"I'll just get one myself," he stood up and acted that he was about to go to his kitchen to get himself more bottles to drink, but Dahyun held his hand and looked at him, pleading.

"Stop, Chim." She begged. "Drinking won't solve anything."

"You don't care," he aggressively took his hand from her. It was a bit unexpected and strong, so Dahyun his wristwatch's sharp part scratch her hand. Out of the blue, it suddenly bled.

She looked at it and tried understanding what has gotten into her fiancé. She followed him, but it wasn't her intention to preach to him or anything. She just wants to clean her hand in the nearest sink.

Jimin took out another grapefruit soju from his refrigerator while Dahyun quickly washed her bloody hands. The wound was quite long, but not that dangerous to lose a large amount of blood. His eyes glanced at her wound which made his eyebrows meet.

"What happened to that?" He asked.

Dahyun chuckled and avoided eye contact, so she focused her eyes on her hand. "It's just a little scratch."

"Little? It's not a little." He placed the soju aside and held her hand. It was still stinging her and she just wants to continue washing it until the bleeding stops. "Tell me what happened." He asked seriously.

She looked away, sighing. "Something just scratched through."

"What something?"

"Y-Your watch." His eyes went to her and they stared at each other like that. He doesn't know what to say since it was his fault why she got a 2-inch long wound on her palm. "Don't worry about this. I can handle this."

"Wait." Jimin fled swiftly, so she patiently waited for him until he gets back. When he came back, he's already carrying his first aid kit. "I'm sorry," he sniffed while damping small amounts of betadine on her wound. "It wasn't intentional."

"I understand." She replied. He then started covering it with bandage. "Chim," she called him. "What are your plans now?"

"I'm going to Mina's dad and tell him about her." He answered. "You must go to your classes. I'll just fetch you after."

"I-I can manage, jagi. You don't need to fetch me."

"I insist." He said. "I've done wrongly to you. I just want to treat you better." Dahyun looked away and sniffed. At times like this, she feels like crying. She feels bad for not being able to give everything to him. She may seem strong and brave when she first met him at the gallery, but she has this soft side as well. Well, every woman does.

She quickly wiped her tear and he noticed it, so he cupped her cheeks and looked straight into her eyes; into her soul. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have treated you badly just because Mina came back." He apologized.

"I-I'm sorry if I can't be as good as her--"

"Shush," they touched foreheads. "You don't have to do that. I love you."
