Chapter 17

     Taylor was gonna spend the night tonight. We walked up stairs and both plopped down on the bed. I was so freaking tired. I lay facing him and he put his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. I breathed in his scent. I listened to his heart beat and fell asleep in his arms. I woke up the next morning before Taylor. So I sneaked out of my room and tiptoed down the steps. I made a cup green tea and sat at the kitchen table on instagram. A few minutes later I heard Taylor thundering down the steps. He walked into the kitchen with the biggest smile.

     "It snowed!" He exclaimed.

     "Tay, it snows everyday." I said.

     "I know but it snowed at least 5 inches." he said sitting down next to me.

     "Okay, well we should go out to breakfast and then play in the snow." I suggested.

    "Okay, I'm gonna run to my house to get changed and then I'll be back. I nodded and he stood up and kissed me on the cheek. I ran up to my room and put on a white over sized sweater that said stay weird with some back tights and my black leather boots. I brushed my hair and put on a black beanie. I went downstairs and put on my coat and some gloves. My cheeks were already red which was normal considering my cheeks and nose were always red. In the winter people at school call me Rudolph. Taylor texted me saying he was out front. I ran out and hopped in the car. The whole way there we both sung to the Christmas music that was blasting on the radio. We pulled up to Bob Evan's and were seated at a small booth at the back of the restaurant. I just ordered some French toast because it was my favorite breakfast food. I used to get it with my mom. Did I mention that I was a vegetarian? When we left we build a humongous snow man and took a picture of it and put it on instagram. The caption was: Mr. and Mrs. Caniff. Proud parents of Icey the snow man :). Taylor came up with it and I found it adorable.
