VIRUSHKA - REDEFINITION OF LOVE

MUTUAL FEELINGS???

EGO,  the only three letter word  which holds you back from saying things your heart dies to say. The only requirement to destroy a relationship. And the only thing that Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli hated about each other.

Her big,  fat,  elephant size ego,  held her from confessing her feelings towards him. Anushka was smitten by Virat. No doubt. The day she landed her eyes on him,  he had become HERS!  Forever!  But her self esteem stopped her from raging her feelings     to him.

She wasn't a typical girl waiting for the other person to take the initiative. But her ego wanted him to be the first.

Virat on the other end,  wasn't any how the society would look up to being a man. He was shy,  blushed at her comments and was naive.  But he wasn't immature.

They had their reasons for still not conffesing. They knew about their busy life , work schedule and their status. They had an equal fan following. They feared it wouldn't work out. They feared separations. But this hide and seek wasn't helping either,  you see.

Anushka's bond with her family was quite strong and stable. She would get whatsoever she wishes for right in front of her eyes if she conveyed the same to her family.  But she couldn't obviously impose her rights and demands on her family. No,  she earned enough to buy a diamond necklace or a ring for herself. She had the money to please her self with all the luxuries in the world. But still you see,  getting a gift from someone whom you love dearly,  who loves you moon and back,  was an altogether a different feeling. Having someone to call as her own was euphoric. She wanted him to propose her the way her Co actors did to her in the films.

Both were well aware of each others feelings. They knew they love the other one. Anushka didn't have to know rocket science to tell that Virat was hers,  even before he knew. Neither did Virat crack his brains before tagging her as his. They actually needed no proposal officially.

Despite the lack of a proposal,  they had a fair share of their steamy,  toe curling kisses with each. Yes!  This is what has been happening in the last 5 months,  since they realised. They did keep on meeting coincidentally. Virat had waited these months for her to speak up.  But this very observant,  hot headed,  stubborn girl  was not ready.

She kept on teasing him all the while and he has find it hard to control his adrenaline !

He could not comprehend what her problem was. Neither did she date him,  nor let him go with others.

Their were times when , the news of him dating someone random model was spread like a viral flu. But none of these could happen in real as every time such news aired,  it resulted in his bruised and red swollen lips and a complete degraded career of those poor models. And like always,  she cool walked away saying  " Don't mingle with other girls  "

Anushka Sharma was the name of the disease,  he was suffering from in the last few months. And he didn't knew how to treat it. He didn't budge by the way.

What irritated him more was her nonchalant attitude. He could never date a girl in these months. But she a huge list of bf's. They were attracted to her like a moth to a fire 🔥. They liked to throw themselves on her. She was the heartthrob of the nation. She had an amazingly beautiful physique and an awesome brain.  Her talent wasn't limited to acting. She was a crackerjack in many different things. Leaving apart all these,  he was sure about one thing,  she was never interested in those "boyfriends " of hers.

But the feelings which Anushka had for him was unmatched and vice versa. The chill through his spine with even a feather like touch by her was not worth putting down in words. She was successful in leaving him sleepless for nights. Her condition was no less. She was deeply,  madly and unimaginably head over heels with him.

The only thing that held her back was his dignity. His dignity and their relationship was as much important to her as was her own.  She never wanted people to hold a coffee mug in their hand and gossip about them.

It wasn't her ego as he had misunderstood.
