I Just Love Circus

Chapter "4"

"Ladies and gentlemen ,Welcome to Wonderland " william the ringmaster shouted in his microphone . i could hear the crowd shouting outside the ring .  

" You ready ? "  alessia who was behind me asked me 

" Kind of , i wasn't nevous till now " i was wearing my costume , watching the first perfomances behind the long red sheet . "  we all were nervous at our first ever perfomances , don't think too much , you'll do great " she smiled patting my back 

" Alessia babe , can you please added this small jacket to your costume " samy gave alessia a dark blue short jacket to alessia so she'll wear it above her pink / blue dress . She nodded and took the jacket . i kept watching her leaving . as samy stood next to me 

" The dress looks fabulous on you" he clapped his hands 

" Well that's because you did a nice job " 

" i wouldn't do a nice job if there wasn't a spitfire to wear it " he half smiled " how do you feel , performing for the first time after a long long break "  

" stressed " all i could say

  " don't worry , if you weren't that gifted , they wouldn't ask you to join the cirus , plus they talked a lot about you behind this sheet when you were challenging darwin "  

i turned around to face samy " what they said " 

" you blow their minds " he smiled " now blow the crowd's minds just like you did that day " 

" Spitfire you are next " i heard the staff who i think works backstage or back ring . 

" Good luck " samy smiled  

i step forword till samy grapped me again " wait wait wait " 

he fixed the costume and smiled again " Now go " 

" You Are going to be amazed by The girl on fire . it's spiiiit Fireee "  

the audiance start clapping , i sighted and grapped my sticks 

eyes closed , deep breath , confidence 

and here we go 

with a mask on my face i start to swing the sticks in the air , it's pretty boring , every circus shows that 

i could feel the audience starts getting bored , even i was . so why not we turn the level up ? 

i stoped swinging the sticks as i got back to the backstage 

" Hey william can i have a lighter ?"  i said 

" what are you doing people are waiting " said william  , searching for the lighter " and why do you- "  

i took it and walked out to continue 

i lighted up the sticks and start swinging them in the air 

" wow " the crowd wowed 

" now we're talking " i said to my self 

with only burned sticks , i made a great show for the people

" ARE YOU CRAZY !!" william screamed 

today's show is over , right away angry william came to the dressing room 

" I did a great job out there " 

" It's your first time , we agreed to take it slow , just juggeling " he added less louder 

" Well people start to feel sleepy , until i burned the show " i replied with confidence 

they should thank me instead, for saving the performance 

" You could hurt your self " darwin suddenly came in 

" But i didn't " 

william hit his head with hand " Just ... don't do this out of nowhere " .  i nodded 

I watched william leaving the room .Only darwin and me now 

" But you were incredible " he smiled  and i thanked him 

" But it doesn't mean we didn't get a heart attack "  

i giggled and i promissed him  that it won't happend " It won't happend again , well it could happend after a while " i showed my teeth by a big smile 

Darwin stood there geving me a Are-You-seriouse-what-did-i-just-say Look

" Long while " i lughed
