I found the official source for the synopsis and decided to translate it myself. Just in case the other source had gotten bits wrong. :)
Papa Garou/ Weredad synopsis
French Quand Chat Noir manque de comprendre que Marinette est Ladybug, Marinette panique et lui fait croire qu'elle est amoureuse de lui pour détourner son attention.
Mais ses parents assistent à sa déclaration, et Tom, absolument ravi, décide d'inviter Chat Noir à déjeuner chez les Dupain-Cheng. Mais quand le super-héros leur avoue qu'il n'est pas amoureux de Marinette, Tom a le coeur brisé et se fait akumatiser par le Papillon.
Devenu Papa Garou, un immense homme-chien de garde monstrueux, il enferme Marinette dans une prison de ronces pour la protéger du monde extérieur et des peines de coeur.
Séparée de Tikki, Marinette ne peut pas se transformer ! Chat Noir parviendra-t-il à faire entendre raison à Papa Garon ? Et Marinette retrouvera-t-elle Tikki à temps pour arrêter son père ?
Okay I manage to translate it to English too. I'm only a Year 8 so my French isn't that advanced yet. I know bits and pieces so I had to use a translator to help me. :)

When Chat Noir thinks Mari is Ladybug, Marinette panics and makes him believe that she loves him to divert his attention. But when her parents take the declaration to heart and Tom is absolutely delighted and decides to invite Chat Noir to lunch with the Dupain-Chengs.
But when Chat Noir confesses she does not love Marinette, Tom is heartbroken. He gets akumatised by Hawkmoth and becomes Papa Garou, a huge, monstrous guard dog. He locks Marinette in a jail of thorns to protect her from the outside world and out of heartbreak.
Separated from Tikki, Marinette can't transform. Can Chat Noir make Papa Garou listen to reason? Will Mari find Tikki in time to stop her dad?
