Stress another concept to which many of today's society struggle with. How much stress is good for us? Are all types of stress bad or do we need it? Stress comes in two forms good stress and bad stress but what is the difference? Is there a difference? Well of course there is good stress is stress that causes you to be motivated and gives you determination it allows you to get things done and bad stress is stress which can cause you to have anxiety and even health problems. So essentially not all stress is good for us obviously we will experience both but they severity can determine if it will affect us so much that we do get unwell.
