Last part

Dani is on the steps with Mark as she heard the door slam shut.

Mark "Well that must of been your ex."

Dani stood still for a second frozen.

Dani "you need to leave now please."

Mark "Okay, I'll text you later."

Dani "Don't bother."

She pushed Mark out the door and grabs her phone from her purse.

Tom "Hello."

Dani "I need you, my house please hurry."

Tom "Be there in 5."

Tom runs in the house. "What's wrong?"

Dani "how did you get here so fast? Never mind. Also I'll explain later."

Before she ran out of the house she heard Tom say something told me to come here.

Dani took off running. Dani got to 6th Street and looked around. She took a deep breathe because she saw no sign of Maddie.

Maddie starts walking up the bridge. Dani sees her and runs to her.

Maddie "Oh hi Dani"

Dani through her arms around Maddie and kisses her lips softly.

Dani "I am so sorry. I was stupid. I don't want anyone else but you."

Maddie smiles and hugs her back. "Good because I love you so much."

Maddie kisses Dani.

Dani "I love you."

Maddie "what has gotten into you baby?"

Dani "you will never believe me if I told you, but I will tell you everything when we get home."
