Chapter 13

No POV

You woke up to find yourself being cuddled from behind. You turn to see Jack still asleep. You sighed and kissed his lips, then got up to get ready for the day. After getting ready, you walked into the living room to watch TV. You sat on the couch with a spare blanket, since it was cold, and half-watched whatever was on the screen in front of you. You dosed off and was about to fall asleep when you felt something pull the blanket off of you. Your (e/c) eyes open to meet silver ones. Jack pecks your lips and proceeded to lay next to you. He wraps his arms around your waist and pulls you closer to his body, so there was no space between the two of you. You held his arm on your chest and kissed his fingers before holding it to your heart and getting drowsy again. Before you fell asleep, you felt Jack kiss your neck, to which you let out a tired moan, and kiss your cheek. "Mine..."

Jack's POV

She's mine. Jeff better stay away from her. I hope she doesn't stay mad at me for forgetting to get her. As she falls asleep again, I look over her sleeping features. Her (h/c) (straight/wavy/kinky/etc) hair made her face look even more perfect than it already was. Her perfect, kissable lips, just waiting for me to press mine against them. So I did. Hehehehe. Everything was perfect, other than her beautiful (e/c) eyes being closed, but they will open again and I'll be able to fully see the face of the one who loves me so much. I sigh happily and sleep as well, after snuggling into my little Tootsie Roll.

No POV

You woke up again to see your candy-holic of a boyfriend sleeping behind you. You hummed, got up and went into the kitchen to make some...brunch. You made some pancakes and eggs (or whatever) and brought your plate, as well as Jack's, into the living room. You sent the plates on the table and sat down in front of him, kissing his face to wake him up. He slowly woke up and smiled as you continued kissing his face. You smiled at him and cupped his face in your hands. "I made pancakes with the crushed peppermint candies you love so much mixed in." He hummed and got up quickly, pulling you into his lap. His kissed your temple and pulled the tray with the food onto your lap. After you both finished, you turned to him with a sad expression.

Your POV

"Am I important to you?" I know its a weird question to ask, but I have to hear it from him. He looks at me with a confused look and tilts his head slightly and cutely to the side. "Of course you are Tootsie. Why would you think otherwise?" 'Um. Maybe because you forgot about me...' "You forgot about me..." I didn't realize I was crying until he wiped the tears from my cheeks. He kissed both of my cheeks and looked at me. "I'm really sorry ok? I had said that I would play with Sally and the time got away from me. I'm sorry Tootsie..." I sniffed and nodded slowly. "Ok. I forgive you, but don't do it again." "Ok." We cuddled some more until I heard a jingle of some sort. It wasn't Jack's version of Pop goes the Weasel, but just a little bell sound. Jack groaned into my neck. I giggle, the vibrations tickled my neck. "Someone is in our carnival." I quickly look at him. "O-Our carnival?" He looks up at me. "Haha. Yes 'our carnival'. We share it, just like we share our love." "Bleh. Corny." He laughs at my scruntched up face. "No. Its sweet." Oh gosh. He laughed as I groaned at his joke. "So, who's going to kill them?" "I don't want to get up..." "I don't want to get up either." We looked at each other and sighed annoyed. Then spoke at the same time. "That means we both gotta goooo..." We pouted and whimpered. "Let's get this over with." We stood up and Jack teleported us into the carnival. We saw two people. A teenage boy and a little girl. 'Why the hell would he bring her here?' The girl looked like she was looking for something. "Emma, why are we here?" Without looking at her brother, she answered. "I'm looking for my friend. This is where he lives." I look at Jack. He rolls his eyes and sneers. "Which one do you want?" I do NOT want to kill a little girl. "Boy." Jack nods and disappears. He reappears in front of the soon-to-be dead people. The little girl smiles as her brother's eyes widen and he tries to back up. "JACKIIIE!" I cringe at the thought of this cute, innocent girl dying. "Hehehe. Hello Emily." She tries to run to Jack only to have her brother grab her before she can. "Stop it. He's my friend." I cringe again as she frowns. The boy doesn't listen and turns and tries to run away. They don't get far when Jack teleports in front of them. They bump into him and fall. The girl takes that as her chance and runs into Jack's arms. The brother looks terrified as he quickly jumps up and tries to run in the opposite direction. I grab him before he can take 3 steps. I smile evilly and turn him so he is facing Jack and his sister. Jack's smile gets wider. "Hahahahahaa. Emily, this is my wonderful and beautiful girlfriend I told you about." She smiles excitedly and gasps. "Wooooow Jackie. She is SOOOO pretty. Hiiii. I'm Emily. That's my big brother, Chase." I force a smile on my face. "Hi Emily. Hello Chase." She giggles and her brother still looks terrified. Jack laughs. "Haha haha haha. Now that you have met, its time to play a gaaaaame." She beams and claps her hands. "Yay! Game!" Jack teleports us into a tent and sits the girl down on the floor. Her brother is held by the ropes in the center of the room and tears are already running down his face. His sister doesn't seem to understand that she has put both of them in a dangerous situation that they can't get out of. I space out, thinking of the innocence of the girl and the fact that she will be dead soon. Then the sound of screams filled my ears. I quickly turned to see Chase crying and screaming for his little sister, who's previously smiling face was stricken in horror and pain as she stared at Jack's claws through her stomach. I bite my lip and try not to cry as well, as Jack slowly takes his claws out of her and her little immature body falls to the ground. She isn't fully dead, but is wheezing and struggling to call out to her brother, who is now screaming her name with waterfalls coming down his face. She doesn't seem to hear him as her little blue eyes close and her chest stops moving. My heart starts to hurt and tears well up in my eyes. I quickly look away and walk to Chase. I grab his face and he looks so defeated. I take out my knife and plunge it into his neck, quickly backing away, as to not get blood on my clothes, which failed. I watch his tear filled eyes go blank and his struggling stops. I wipe the blood on his clothes and run to Jack, who is watching me. I run into his open arms and start crying. He tenses, hearing me cry, and rubs my back. He kisses my head and teleports us into our bathroom. He helps me take off my bloody clothes, throws them into the hamper, and washes our hands together in the sink. He then teleports us into my room and helps me put on a night gown. When he's done he teleports away, coming back 5 minutes later, wearing a T-shirt and sweat pants (which is weeeird). He picks me up and puts me on the bed, cuddling next to me. "What's wrong Tootsie?" I hiccup and look at him, more tears coming down. "She was so innocent." Jack glares a little. "That's how they act so you don't know how conniving and heartless they are." I realized by his tone that a child must have really hurt him bad, but I didn't question. I look down and bury my face into his chest. "What if we have a kid? Will you hate them?" Jack choked and I looked up to see his eyes widen. He blushed and then composed himself, still blushing. "Of course I won't. They would be my child and they'll be conniving and heartless, but in a good way." He wiped my tears. "You better love them. Or I'll kill you myself." He laughs and I laugh after a few seconds. He kisses me and I kiss back. I feel him deepen the kiss and I moan a little, kissing back harder.
