grew up in a small town in northern minnesota, didn't have many friends, and practically raised his younger brother, Xavier, as their parents neglected them. when he was 14, his father lost his mind and killed his mother, and nearly killed Jeffrey. Jeffrey killed his father, but he and Xavier, who was 7, were unable to leave their house as it was the middle of winter and Jeffrey's leg was broken, so neither of them could drive or go get help. Jeffrey cooked his parents' flesh (the bodies froze) and fed it to Xavier (without his knowledge) and himself so they could survive the winter, as there was no other food. Jeffrey was unable to stop eating human flesh, and now kills people in order to consume them.

gets angry very easily, and is extremely protective of Lavender. he hates being called Jeff, as his father and younger brother (whom he no longer speaks to) used to refer to him as such, and it brings back bad memories (seriously he will deck a bitch who calls him Jeff). enjoys cooking, and frequently makes food for Lavender and Delphine.
