grew up in a tiny town on the island of Ivrinia, was kidnapped and taken to a lab in The Northern Empire, where his body was physically altered, and he was tested on for years.

Koja became The Nekomata, a merciless killing machine. Charles Mansignh, the man who claimed him, gave him claws on his hands, two long cat tails, whisker-like markings on his face, and large cat ears. He was tortured beyond belief, and given advanced agility, speed, and strength. However, due to the amount of testing done on him, Koja's body can barely tolerate any blood loss, and a small cut weakens him to the point where he can hardy fight.

Koja's mind was taken over, and although the lab was destroyed, he survived, as the scientists were unable to kill him, but left him to die in the snow. Because his mind was altered so much, he is often merciless and cruel, and kills without reason or pity, but he still has a bit of mercy left in him, deep down.

Koja wields twin katanas, and carries a large dagger. he spends a lot of time in bars and taverns. he was one of the only surviving experiments, along with Noromi Lang. he has a heated 'rivalry' of sorts with Sergeant Major Matilda Barnes of the Nothern Empire's military (despite the fact they've made out and slept together on multiple occasions, they still hate each other)
