Chapter 4

I sighed sitting in the head chair of the MX-T75 holding my brothers knife staring at it, Finially I will be able to give it back to him. I sat there looking at the monitor that showed the prision coming into view "Put me on throughout the ship" I said and rover brought over a headset, I put it on "This is general andy..... Get geared up and to your stations...... We are nearing the prision...... This is our time men.....We shall all join our families at the gates of hell" I said before taking the headset off and putting randys knife in its sheathe "Rover.... Raise the flag" I said "Captin said raise the flag.... Raise it high and proud men" He said over the intercom with a grin on his face "Bring the ship over the prision and keep her in place... Randy ...... Lets go" I said proudly before standing up and leaving the control room and walking down the hallway, everyone stopped and saluted me as I walked past then followed me into the rear of the vessile "MEN" I shouted and they all stood and saluted "GET INTO YOUR POSITIONS..... KILL ALL AND LEAVE NO SURVIVORS" I shouted proudly "Rover.... Get two others, suit up.... And get in the tank.... Ill join you all soon" I said turning towards rover before walking down the stairs that led to the main floor of the deploy room and going to my locker, I put on a large black coat and grabbed my AR-15, A plasma sword that I had taken off of a general a few months back, I stood there staring at a folded up flag of hells fallen, the one I was given to the crew when mark had died, I sighed and pulled the flag out, I had turned the flag into a cape to wear when I felt like it would be my turn to go, I knew that this mission only had a 17% chance of success but it has to be done "well mark.... I guess my time may be coming soon old friend.... Ill bring as many mar's as I can though" I said with a faint smile before putting the flag around my back and buttoning it to keep it around my neck, I put the sheathe of the sword on my black leather belt I had since I was 8, I reached back into the locker and pulled out my 9 mm handgun and smiled "heh..... Ive never had to use you out of training..... But ..... Today I may fire you..... I hope it doesnt come to that" I said before holstering it, I began to close the locker but stopped when I saw the picture of me,randy, dad, and mom, I took it down and stared at it, Heh mom was so young, randy and I were so happy but that was all before we began our training, mom was so beautiful.... She had long golden brown hair.... Pale skin.... And eyes so blue that you felt that you were staring into the oceans themselves, I smiled and folded it up before putting the picture into my pocket, I smiled and remembered something else, I slammed the locker shut and quickly dashed for the control room and busted the door open, Everyone inside turned towards me in shock "Get me a one way line to every earths defense network..... Immediately" I said quickly and soon one of my men handed me a radio "Your live sir" He said "thank you" I replied before putting the headset on with a smile "This is hells fallen.... This may be our last transmission..... We are about to begin our assult on a heavily guarded prision..... To anyone and everyone who has family or loved ones here..... I will do my best to bring them home.... But we are 5 thousand men facing odds that are not in our favor.... To everyone..... This is a fight we must do.... You may all think it is foolish and suicide..... Your right..... But there are 17 thousand men there..... I need to try to free them..... If hells fallen may fall today.... Remember this...... We shall all join our families at the gates of hell and we shall all feast and dine as we rejoice at the gates of hell..... This is hells fallen from a hostile MX-T75 that we have deemed Fallens Kiss... We have raised the flag of the fallen and shall not turn back..... To the higher ups ...... To my father...... Over and out" I said feeling beyond proud before taking the headset off. The ship began to shake violently "LEFT ENGINE HIT SIR" several men shouted "BALANCE HER OUT AS BEST YOU CAN.... DOUBLE TIME TO THE PRISION ...... NOW!!!!" I shouted before dashing out of the control room and to the deploy room "WE ARE UNDER ATTACK .... ONE ENGINE IS DOWN..... AS SOON AS WE ARE ABOVE THE PRISION DEPLOY..." I shouted as I flew down the stairs towards the tank, I got in and into the drivers seat and gased it towards the rear hanger door that began to open, I looked at the screens and saw speeders around us ready to deploy as well as soldiers with jetpacks, we just reached the center of the prision and I punched my foot down on the gas as a anti air cannon fired at another engine causing the ship to start decending out of control, The tank flew forward and out of the airship, I turned the barrel and fired at a tower causing it to crumble and burn, I turned the other way and shot at another tower and fired but missed "OPEN THE PARACHUTES" I screamed and rover quickly pulled a lever and I felt the tank straighten out, Quickly I aimed at the tower again and fired causing it to crumble, I felt the tank hit the ground "CUT THE LINE" I shouted and rover pulled another lever and I slammed down on the gas looking at the monitor that shower a squadren of soldiers running towards us firing assult rifles, I felt several bumps as I ran them over making my way to the main building. We were feet from the main doors to the prision "LOAD" I screamed and one of my men slammed a shell into the firing chamber and shut the latch "READY SIR" He shouted, Sirens wailed as a rocket closed in "GET OUT" I screamed at them, rover opened the hatch and jumped out, I pulled the cannons trigger and felt the tank jerk back before I quickly crawled out of the tank and jumped down and began to run, But I only saw rover I turned around to see the tank fire again before it burst into flames knocking me on my back, I gasped for breathe "ROVER ARE YOU OK?" I screamed quickly getting to my feet and gripping my AR-15 "YES SIR... BUT WE HAVE ALOT OF COMPANY" He shouted, I turned around towards him as he began to open fire, I turned to where he was firing and saw several squads of soldiers running towards us firing, I dashed for rover and pulled him beside part of the blown open door nearby before peeking around it and firing hitting a Mar in the head killing him, I fired over and over hearing rover fire over and over, I heard a click and quickly dropped my magazine and slammed another one in and pulled the firing pin back before aiming down my scope and continuing to fire, I heard another clicking sound and reached for another magazine but grasped nothing "DAMN IT..... MY MAGAZINES WERE IN THE TANK" I shouted over the sounds of blaster bolts flying all around "MINE TO SIR" Rover screamed before pulling out his handgun, I reached for my 9mm "I GOT 4 MAGS FOR MY SIDE ARM SIR" He shouted out, I counted mine 1,2,3 "I GOT 3 AND ONE IN THE GUN" I screamed before leaning around the side of the massive white rock and firing my entire magazine at an enemy finially striking him in the throat and collapse, I dropped my magazine and reloaded my gun but when I went to lean around the corner again I was met with the firing end of a white assult rifle "SURRENDER OR DIE" The man behind the gun screamed, I gripped my pistol tightly ready to die when I saw his head explode, I looked back to see thousands of men and speeders racing towards us firing at the enemy "GET DOWN" I screamed at rover but only got a cough in return, I turned towards rover who was laying on his back with a massive burning hole in the center of his chest "Rover...... Oh no" I said dropping my gun and grabbing him and pulling him behind the rock and leaning him against the rock "Sir.....I.....Im sorry I....I co....Couldnt join y...y.....you i....in the battle of t..t...the capital" He said coughing up blood "No.... Your not allowed to leave me rover" I said crying as any and all other sounds faded away but what he said "S...sorry sir..... B..but t...this is the end.... G..g....go g....get your b...brother" He said coughing up more blood and began weezing for breathe "We shall all join our families at the gates of hell" I said wiping away several tears that streamed down my face "We shall all feast and dine as we rejoice at the gates of......" He began before he went limp and stopped moving and breathing, Rover had died. I felt a hand place itself on my shoulder "WE HAVE TO MOVE UP SIR.... WE ARE PUSHING THEM BACK" The soldier shouted "HERES A WEAPON" He shouted handing me a assult rifle with a belt of magazines before dashing last the rock firing at the enemy, I stood up weakily and slammed a magazine into the rifle and began to walk towards the battle feild that was at the entrance of the prisions main building where they held the prisioners, I felt pain shoot up my leg and looked down to see a massive peice of metal in my leg, I reached down and pulled it out and looked at it as I stumbled towards the entrance and saw the flag of hells fallen crudely painted on it, I threw the scrap aside and continued to stumble towards the entrance firing several times hitting a soldier in the head with each shot "DIE.....DIE....DIE.....DDDDIIIIIIEEEEEE" I screamed wiyh every shot, I reached the front where everyone was hiding behind speeders, Rubble and corpses "SHOW NO MERCY" I screamed at the few thousand men that remained watching several more fall "Was this the utter end of hells fallen? Would we all die here with no survivors?" I thought to myself as I fired and reloaded, I had just ran out of ammo and looked around to see that almost everyone was out of ammo, I heard a loud engine above and looked back from where we had flown in from to see 8 MX-T75's flying in, Everyone stopped and looked at them as the enemy had rushed out "SURRENDER OR DIE EARTH SCUM" A man shouted stepping out with a white microphone "MY NAME IS GENERAL AMIR HATCHKINS.... IF YOU SURRENDER I GUARENTEE YOUR SAFETY" He shouted, I watched as all of my men stood up and drew swords and knifes, I stood up and pulled the laser blade from its sheathe, It wirred and buzzed as the blade glew a bright blue "I see you have made your choice" he said dissapointed "Kill the...." He began before the MX-T75's began firing at them, I looked back to see thousands upon thousands of speeders fly out and speed towards us, I watched as soldiers jumped from them and opened their parachutes and gasped as the flag of hells fallen was painted on every single one of them, Blasters fired as the enemy had began to pour out of the prision, The sleeders were upon them in an instant mowing them down and going into the prision as a truck pulled up behind me and someone opened the door and jumped out and ran to me and slid next to me as a stray blaster bolt fired next to him "General Andy.... Big supporter sir.. My name is general apu... Truthfully until we beleived that you and your men would have perished by now.... The entire earths defense force is here to back you and hells fallen sir..... Thank you for lighting a fire under our asses.... And sir..... Your reputation is impressive... We will take over from here sir..... Please go to the back of the truck where a medic is waiting" He said with a smile "And let you steal my thunder? Haha not a chance in hell" I said laughing "It looks bad sir" He said surprised by my sense of humor "This was a mere scratch.... Same as my leg" I said grinning as I tore my shreded sleeve off revealing my metal arm, His eyes went wide taken by surprise "I heard rumors that you had lost your arm at the age of 9..... But I thought they were only rumors sir..... Im sorry" he said still shocked "HAHAHAHA ITS NO WORRIES.... NOW .... HELP ME UP..... I NEED TO GET TO THE CONTROL ROOM TO DO SOMETHING" I shouted while laughing, He helped me up and put my arm around his shoulder and walked me towards the massive gap within the main entrance to the towering prision, I pulled my sword out and held it with my mechanical arm incase any Mar's had been lurking in the shadows. We reached the entrance to the control room as men had gathered out front waiting to pile into the elevator "I need sheild men up front.... Everyone else behind them" I said stumbling towards them as they did as I had directed, Just then the elevator had opened filled with soldiers who were shocked and screamed before being mowed down before they could even raise their rifles. I stepped inside, standing in the center of the first assult team to go and take the control room when Apu began to ring "Apu whats that?" I asked curiously "Your father is making an announcement sir" he said pulling out a tablet and holding it to where I could see, My father sat in a communications room of what looked to be a submarine "My name is president John.... I am in the Revenge..... A submarine owned by my son and general andy..... This is a message to all forces..... Slaughter all.... Take no prisioners....... This is my finial message before we dock and I join you all on land..... This is president john.... Signing out" He said before the screen turned to the hells fallen flag, I smiled as the doors to the elevator opened and around sevenity guards began to fire into the elevator, their blaster bolts being deflected by the sheilds "CHARGEEEEE" I screamed as I held my sword in the air and all of the men in the elevator pushed out behind the sheild men firing at all of the guards, I let go of Apu and dashed towards the door to the control room cutting down 4 Mar soldiers in my way, When I reached the door it was bolted shut and I heard the new soldiers coming up behind me ready to open fire the second the door opened "Give me a sheild" I said and one of the sheild holders walked up and gave it to me "We dont have any explosives sir...." He said "Your right... I have the only tool I will need right here" I said with a grin as I held up the sword and slashed at the door, It cut through the door leaving a long slash through it, I slashed again creating an X shape and bashed the door with the sheild, the door flew inwards as I stepped in a blaster bolt hit the sheild, I dropped the sheild and drew my 9 mm and shot the soldier in the head causing the control room personal to drop to their knees and cower because they were unarmed, I smiled happily as troops walked in behind me and opened fire on each and every one of them slaughtering them all "Get me on the intercoms please" I said smiling as I holdtered my 9 mm and threw my cape behind me before putting my sword in the sheathe, A soldier sat down at the computer in the center of the room and started typing, I walked up behind him as he handed me a headset, I put it on "This is general andy..... Leader of hells fallen..... We have the control room..... Hunt them all down and leave no survivors" I said before dropping the headset to the ground "Where is my brother?" I asked "One floor down and first door to the right sir" The soldier at the computer said "Ill be back.... Open all prisioner cells except randys..... Open his once I get there" I said with a smile, As I turned around I heard sirens go off "All doors opening sir" he said "Good" I replied throwing my cape behind me and walking to the elevator and stepping in, Apu stepped in "I am coming with you general...... Weither you like it or not" He said as 7 more men piled in "Us to sir" they all said before Apu pressed the button to send us down one floor. The doors to the elevator closed and the elevator began to decend before stopping and the doors opened as two Mar guards stood there with there backs to us firing at the prisioners, Before any of the soldiers could raise their weapons to fire I dasged forward, Drew my sword and in one motion cut both of their heads before placing my sword in its sheathe as they fell to their knees and their heads fell from their knecks causing their blood to squirt up like a fountian, The soldiers stepped out of the elevator and stood behind me "Go to the ground floor.... Gather weapons and assist the main forces.... Those to sick or injured to fight are to report outside where medics and transports are waiting" I said throwing my cape behind me and walking towards the hallway to the right, Everyone stepped away and cleared a path for me saluting as the soldiers followed behind me, I turned the corner and stood infront oc the only closed door "Wait outside ....... Randy will no doupt try to kill anyone who enters" I said as the door hissed and slid open, I stepped inside of the dark room that was lit by a very dim bulb hanging from the ceiling, towards the back of the small dark room was a empty bed with messed up sheets, beside it was a sink still dripping above a small toilet, the same ones that were used in prisions before earth fell, I felt someone grip my neck and pull out my 9 mm and hold it to the back of my head "Time to die you martian scum" A raspy and half dead voice said weakily "If I were a martian.... Then you can kill me.... But seeing as I am your brother I wouldnt advise that" I said as a smile spread across my face, I felt the gun begin to shake and the grip losen "t....t...turn around....slowly....and k..k...keep your hands where I can see them" The voice replied just as weak as before, I raised my hands slowly and slowly turned around to the withered, bony, and bruised face of my older brother who began to tear up upon the seight of me "A...a.....andy......" He said as his eyes began to pour "I am here brother..... Father is soon to be here as well" I said holding back a armada of tears before slowly taking my 9 mm from him and holstering it, I looked at my brother and realised that he was in nothing more than white underwear and was so skinny that I could see his heart beating, I unbuttoned my cape and placed it around my older brother before stepping out of the room, As we did randy covered his eyes as if he hadnt seen real light in days, I placed his arm around me "Shades someone.... Please" I asked still holding back tears, Quickly Apu pulled a dark pair of sunglasses from the pocket on the front of his coat and handed them to randy "T.....t.....thank you" He said weakily, I picked him up and wrapped him tightly in the cape before limping towards the elevator that had just opened "Clear the elevator.... Now..... I have a sick man who I will kill anyone who tries to stop me from taking down" I said more than ready to draw my 9mm and shoot anyone in the elevator, Quickly everyone cleared the elevator and stepped aside as the soldiers piled in "Two stay here and make sure they get on calmly please..... This is the only elevator that connects the prision together" I said and the two soldiers stepped "I have room for 2 more" I said and two people who were just as skinny as randy stepped in and leaned against the wall "Apu..... Take us down.... Men be ready incase and Mar's are waiting at the bottom for an ambush" I said sternly as Apu pressed the button to go to the main floor, The doors closed and down we went again, I looked up at the numbers that began counting down from floor 47 "This place has to be atleast 150 floors tall.... So if each floor is around 30 feet tall then this building is atleast 4,500 feet tall..... Jesus" Apu said "To think..... They created this in only 4 days" I replied kind of surprised myself. The elevator stopped and the doors opened and a squad of men were pointing their guns at the entrance "Its ok men.... It's me" Apu said and they all lowered their weapons and stepped aside "There are several floors of men who will be coming down..... I need weapons brought here and anyone who can fight is to be given weapons and ammunition ..... Those to sick are to be escorted to the outside where medical tents are to be set up and treatment is to be registered right away" I said before limping out of the elevator and towards the exit followed by half of the squad who rushed past me to inform the men outside to bring weapons and ammo inside and to set up medical tents. I stepped outside of the prision and covered my eyes as the sun blinded me, Once my eyes got adjusted I began to limp "S...s....so what rank a...a....are y...y..you now little b..b..brother?" Randy asked weakily "I am the highest ranking general within the Earth Defense Force... And I have led a group of 5 thousand men on mission after mission..... Ive been the only man waging war on the Mar's" I said proudly "Heh.... I...i...im surprised l...l...little b..bro...... H..h..h...hows father?" He asked raspy and weak "Father is the president........ After the war 7 months ago.... The previous higher ups were slaughtered because we lost over 70% of the army....... Since then ..... Everyone has stayed in the capital but my group.... We are called Hells Fallen .... The most feared force..... That day 7 months ago..... I almost died.....  I stole a speeder and had all the Mar's chase me saving the last 2 aircraft carriers..... But I was saved by a rag tag bunch in a submarine..... We refused direct orders to return to central" I said before reaching the rear of the truck and set my brother in it as a medic quickly grabbed an Iv and stuck it in his arm as another pulled me up on the rear of the truck and began to clean my wound on my leg "And the cape your wearing now was the first flag my men created..... Its the symbol of hells fallen..... We remained on that submarine til last week when we took the compound that we failed to capture back then ....... Once we did...... I was told that you and 17 thousand people were here..... I was offered no support by central...... So me and my men took a MX-T75.... The massive flying structure that all but wiped out all of our forces and we came here...... My men and I came here alone.... I have lost so many" I said as I clenched my fist on my metal arm and slammed it into the side of the truck causing a massive dent to form "Andy.....w..w...why do you call the martians Mar's?" Randy asked weakily "....... Our first man we had ever lost was a janitor named mark...... Me and 699 of my men were pinned down.... Mark was afraid to die hence his job as janitor.... But that day.... That day he picked up the first weapon of his life and flanked the enemy.... He died that day.... But his last words were We shall all join our families at the gates of hell and we shall all feast and dine as we rejoice at the gates of hell sir...... That became the motto of hells fallen......  Mark had a bad studder..... And for some reason he could never say martian.... He could only say Mar..... He could attempt to say it until he passed out... And he did that several

times.... But not once could he say it" I saod staring at the ground sadly "SALUTE MEN....THE PRESIDENT GRACES US WITH HIS PRESENCE" A loud voice boomed and the medics and everyone else stood up and saluted, I unholstered my 9 mm and aimed at the medic tending to randy "I dont give a damn what anyone else says ... If he dies..... Ill kill you myself.... So make damn sure nothing distracts you again" I said sternly staring at him as he crouched back down and continued to change the Iv in randys arm that was almost empty, I feot the barrel of a gun press against the back of my head "Drop the weapon little boy.... I dont know who you are..... But you will not point a gun at my men" The voice boomed, I turned towards the man and put the barrel of the gun to my forehead and put my 9mm to his "My name is general andy.... I am the highest ranking general within Earth Defence Forces... And If you blow my brains out I wont hesitate to take you with me" I said with a grin on my face as I stared at the stern mans face as it filled with fear "G...g....general andy.... I... I.... I ....... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH A MERE BOY COUKDNT POSSIBLY BE THE GREAT AND POWERFUL ANDY.... THE PRESIDENTS SON..... WHAT IS THAT CORPSE OF A CHILD YOUR DEAD BROTHER RANDY? ......AHHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAAAHAHAHAHAHA HOW PATHETIC.... YOU ARE A DISCRACE TO THE GENERAL ANDY BY IMPERSONATING HIM..... ANDY HAS A METAL LEFT ARM.... ONE THAT HIS MOTHER CREATED.. SAID TO BE ONE OF A KIND... IF YOU ARE THE GREAT AND POWERFUL ANDY THEN I AM THE PRESIDENT HIMSELF HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH..... MAYBE I SHOULD KILL YOU OR HAVE YOU ARRESTED AND SEDATED AND HAVE YOUR BRAIN CHECKED BOY HAHAHAHAHAHAH" The voice boomed with laughter, I sighed as my father walked up behind him "So you are the president now?" He asked with a grin on his face and the man quickly turned his head towards my father "N..n...no sir...... T..t..this mere child claims to be your son andy...a....and the half alive corpse behind him is supposedly randy sir...." He said filled with fear "Well then.... Andy..... Care to demonstrate who you are?" My father asked looking at me with a grin "With pleasure" I said and grabbed the barrel of his gun with my metal arm and squeezed it so tightly that it collapsed and bent upwardsbefore I grabbed him by the neck and used almost no power and lifted him off of the ground and pulled him towards me "If you ever call me a boy or mock me again.... I will use this very arm to shatter every bone within your body.... And for your information yes.... I am general andy.... That man behind you... The president.... He is my father..... And this.. What did you call my brother? Ahh yes.... This half alive corpse is randy.... The brother who I have been fighting to avenge for 7 months while you and everyone else sat at the capital getting fat and lazy.... And above all .... Losing your respect for supperiors" I said as his eyes widened in fear as he stared into mine that I could tell were filled with pure and unfiltrated hatred for this discrase, I set the man down and watched him fall to his knees gasping for breathe "I...I......I....Im s..s..so sorry sir please f..f..forgive m...m...my stupidity" He said as it sounded llike he was fighting back tears before he stood up and saluted me "UGHHHHHHHH. STOP SALUTING ME YOU DAMNED FOOL.... THAT IS SOOOOOO FUCKING IRRITATING" I screamed beyond frustrated as the medic stabbed me in the leg with morphine and my body went numb "S..s..sorry sir" The man said lowering his hand "Sorry if I was a bit violent with the needle andy sir" The medic said "Man..... I lost my arm at the age of 9...... A little needle doesnt fase me" I said yawning before laying down holstering my 9mm. My father walked towards me and placed his hand on my shoulder "I have good news andy ...... Most of your men survived...... Seems like you only lost around a thousand or so.... Good job son" He said with a smile "THAT IS NOT A GOOD JOB DAMN IT.... I WAS SUPPOSED TO BRING THEM ALL BACK.... BRING THEM ALL ....." I began as I slapped his hand away but felt myself drifting off to sleep "I know andy.... I know that your goal was to bring all of your men home...... I will pull the rest of them out as not to risk any more of their lifes.... For now.... Please get sone rest" He said staring at me softly "No..... D.d...dont d..d...deny m...my men the v.v....victory.... Let t..t..them earn their place within t..t.their hearts......" I said gripping my fathers collar to his suit "Ok son..... I shall let them all have the oppertunity to go to the gates of hell" He said before I passed out

"Randy.... I am so glad I have found you" I thought as the void consumed me stripping me bare, I curl up bringing my knees to my chest and wrapoing around them as I floated around aimlessly in the void
