You're The One I Want

Chapter 2

For crying out loud. 5 minutes. 5 MINUTES IS ALL I ASK FOR WITH MY SWAN. I’m going to have to teach that dwarf a lesson on what ‘good form’ is. I swear, if he was a mate on my ship I’d throw him in the brig.

"Woah calm down, Leroy what's going on?" She asked

"Something blasted ice all over the town. And that something is a snowman"

"Come again?" I asked

"A snowman" he repeated

"Oh no ... we better run for cover" I said sarcastically 

"A real live gigantic snowman is terrorising the town here pirate. I suggest you two help constrain it"

"Okay let's go" said Emma.

As I start to follow her I whisper to him "You better sleep with one eye open tonight dwarf"

Emma's P.O.V

Great. Another crisis. I can't catch a break. Our walk turns into a run as we turn the corner and see a gigantic snowman throwing snow everywhere. "Holy crap" I said

Then it turned around and saw us. Uh-oh I thought.

"Killian, run!" I yelled

The snowman ran after us.

"Killian? I thought it was Hook" Leroy asked as we ran

"I have many names" Killian replied

"But it's not your name-name"

"No it's Killian"

"Since when was it Killian?"

"Long before I became a pirate"

"So your Captain Killian now?"

"No, just Killian"

"But you have a hook!"

I cleared my throat. "Ah hem, guys it's getting closer!" I yelled

“What do we do?” Leroy yelled

“We split up!” I yelled back

Leroy nodded and ran one way and Killian and I ran another

“Well you got your wish!”

“How’s that?”

“Well we’re together …” I look around me

“…And apparently alone, because everybody else was smart enough to take cover inside”

“Not what I had in mind”

“When is it ever?”

“Aye”

Then it caught up to us. “Crap” I said.

“Okay here’s the plan, you go behind him and distract him and I’ll use my magic and try to detain him” I told him

“Alright” he responded

He ran behind the giant and began teasing him “Oy, you! Yeah you. You big git”

Then I started to use my magic against the monster. The moment I did, he turned around and growled at me. The next few seconds were a bit of a blur. The monster swung his arm at me but Killian jumped in front of me and saved me. “Killian!” I shouted. He didn’t respond.

All of a sudden anger rose inside of me. I was sick of this bloody snowman. “Argh!” and I put my hand in front of me and fireball flew at him, making him melt and slowly evaporate.

I ran to Killian’s side. He was unconscious, and I called an ambulance “Oh god Killian…”
