"Kakashi! Kakashi!" Iruka shouted, running towards Team 7.

"What's wrong Iruka-sensei?" Naruto asked.

"Its Mia. She's at the hospital. Her contractions have started." Iruka panted. The team rushed to the hospital and Kakashi ran back to their room. The crib, overnight bag, and everything was there. Mia sat up in bed and opened her arms to embrace Kakashi.

"How are you feeling, honey?" He murmured, squeezing her tight.

"I'm good. Their small contractions. The doctor says their slow. They're taking their time." Mia smiled, rubbing her swollen belly.

Kakashi sighed with relief and smiled, placing his palm on her belly as well.

"Mia?" She heard. Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke were all watching from afar.

"Come in." She smiled, laying back against the stack of pillows with her big belly protruding out of the covers.

"Are you feeling okay?" Sakura asked.

"I'm a little uncomfortable, but I've expected it. After 10 months of being the size of two basketballs, I'm relieved to be done. Not that being pregnant is terrible. After awhile it gets uncomfortable." Mia smiled, looking out the window. The sun was nearly set. A nurse walked in.

"I'm sorry, but visiting hours are closed. Only family is authorized." She said. The three genin sulked out leaving Kakashi and Mia.

Mia rolled onto her side in the bed. She heard a rustle of the sheets. She felt a arm snake around and drape over her belly. She heard chuckles.

"They're keeping you awake." He kissed her neck, then reached over kissing her bump.

"They just really want to meet their Daddy." Mia smiled and kissed him.

"Let's try and get some sleep, it's going to be a long night." He yawned.

...

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHAHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!" Mia screamed, gripping the railing, as she walked with Kakashi around the room. It was 10 PM. She gripped his hand. She was sweating as the hospital gown clung to her. She stopped, pressing her hands into a wall. Kakashi rubbed her back.

"Its alright, dear. Hang in there. You're only 7 centimeters dilated. Soon. Hang in there." He encouraged. Mia panted heavily.

"It's been almost 4 hours, Kaki! I hurt all over-ahhh!" She cried out, hearing a splash on the floor. Kakashi and Mia looked down at the clear liquid on the floor.

"Your water broke!" He shouted, running to get the doctor.

...

"Alrighty Mrs. Hatake, you're at 10. Let's give a few pushes. Big strong ones." The doctor smiled, as Mia propped her feet up, getting in position. Kakashi knelt by her bedside, letting her grip his hand.

"I...can't....too...weak." she cried, panting heavily, her head falling back into the pillows with defeat. Kakashi pulled off his mask and looked at her with earnest and teary eyes.

"Mia, we've dreamt of this moment. I'm here. Bare down and push. You can do it sweetie. Do it for me." He murmured. Mia nodded and sat up again. She screamed as she bore down pushing. Her muscles tensed and burned at the strains. Mia fell back into the pillows, her grip loosening in Kakashi's hand. She looked up at Kakashi who was distracted. She felt a flood of relief, then cries. She heard the sweet sound of a baby crying. Kakashi smiled, wiping away tears.

"Congratulations! It's a boy. 8.7 pounds at 11:56 PM." The doctor brought a small bundle wrapped in a towel to Kakashi and Mia. A bloodied and red baby wailed in the towel.

"Katashi..."Kakashi murmured.

"Aghhhhhhhhhhhhahhhhhhhh!" Mia cried out with pain. The doctor grew nervous and consulted with a nurse as Katashi was taken to be cleaned.

"What's wrong?!" Kakashi yelled.

"There are some difficulties with the baby girl. She's being difficult. It'll take a lot of energy to deliver." The doctor frowned.

.Hour later.

"Push as hard as you can honey! This is it! Her head is crowning!" Kakashi squeezed Mia's hand. Mia tensed using her small energy left. She felt a rush of peace and relief when she felt a passing through her legs. The world froze, then there was crying. Kakashi was smiling and crying, bouncing the toweled bundle. Mia smiled.

"Congratulations! A healthy girl! 8 pounds at 1:00 AM!" The doctor shouted.

Aiko wailed. She was strong. Her brother was strong and healthy as well. That was good. She was so tired though.

"Aiko..." she murmured. The doctors took the baby away as Kakashi approached. He rubbed her tears away and brushed the wet hair out of her face. He kissed her.

"Go to sleep. You did great. I love you." He murmured, watching her eyes shut slowly.
