How Do You Love ~ Part:4

Rayla's POV (Guess I am doing POVs now...)

I heard muffled voices, my head hurt and I found it hard to breath. I could feel the whole of my body shaking then the voices started to become more clear. "Because she is our friend!" I heard Ezran say, I could tell he was struggling to keep his cool...but why is he so angry?  I let out a small breath as I attempted to open my eyes. At first it was blurry but when my eyes adjusted. Callum was cradling me in his arms as Ezran was yelling at two people near the entrance. "C-Callum..What's going on?" I asked although my voice was only a whisper. "Rayla! You're awake. Well umm....two people from our kingdom came and-" The cave was silent except for a low growl. "Zy-Zym?" The large dragon made it's way to Rayla and nudged her with his nose (A/N: The gender of Azymondias has not been confirmed and if it has then I don't remember.). There were a few gasps from the people, who Rayla guessed were her attackers from earlier, as they saw the dragon.

Azymondias' POV

I heard slight gasps as I made my way towards my Moonshadow Elf. Once I reached her I nosed her side and their was a small wince that came from the Elf. I then noticed the sticky crimson liquid on her pelt I then growled again. This time it wasn't a warning. I lunged at the two humans at the cave entrance. My long but dull claws seeped into the grass as I pinned the male, sharp white fangs just barely touching his neck. I was ready to kill this man, he hurt the one who saved me. I owe everything to the Moonshadow Elf who I came to love as my sister. She was my best friend and I was ready to protect her at any cost.
