I must have fallen asleep somewhere during the movie because when I open my eyes, I'm laying on my side and an arm in wrapped around my waist tightly. I mutter a few choice words under my breathe as I try to get up. Key word: try. I'm stuck. Shmuglit.
"AARON GET UP!" I yell loudly.
"Gahhh!" he yelps as he rolls to the side, bringing me with him. Dang it, that didn't work. He blinks his eyes open as I start blowing my hair out of my face.
"You know you're very clingy, quite literally," I point out. He unwraps his arms from around me and a red tinge takes over his cheeks.
"Aw, do I make you blush?" I mock as I pinch his cheeks. He slaps my hands away and I roll off of him.
"Hey sleepy heads," Ashley smiles as she heads down the stairs. I shoot of the ground and pounce at her.
"So you don't hate me?" I ask as I pull away slightly.
"No, I don't," she answers as she pulls me in for a hug again. Ok, a little too much human contact. I pull away from her and glance back at Aaron. He shoots me a wink and I scowl.
"We should go out," Aaron suggest.
"Yeah, you two should go out, at six, tonight," Ashley smirks. Aaron nods before I can say no. Ashley squeals before dragging my up the stairs, arounf the corner, and up the stairs again.
"We must go shopping," Ashley declares as she throws me into her room and slams the door closed behind her.
"I don't want to go," I whine. Why must I be stuck going out with Aaron? I didn't want to.
"Well you are, now get into your panties and bra while I toss dresses at you," Ashley instructs. This is what you get for having a twin.
One hour later (5:00)
"I FOUND IT!" Ashley screeches as she throws a short white dress at my face. I peal it off of my face and examine the white dress with one strap that has a lacy flower sorta thing. I shrug and pull in on over my undergarments. It was fine and pretty.... until I found out how short it was.
"I am not wearing this without jeans or something," I inform her. It's above my knees and about two inches under my bum. I will not wear this by itself.
"No, you are wearing it alone, now sit in the chair, I will fix your hair and makeup," Ashley instructs as she pushes me down in the chair in front of the dresser. She was in this chair just days ago. Literally.
"No makeup!" I hiss as she pulls out a giant bag of miscellaneous things.
"Cameron," she warns as she pulls out eyeliner, foundation, and a bunch of other things I can't name.
"NO!" I yell as I jump off of the chair and out of the room. I run down the stairs as Ashley runs after me, in heels. I'm barefoot. I have an advantage. I swing open the front door and run into the grass. I glance behind me as I run along the side walk. And I run into a tree. Who plants a tree in the middle of the sidewalk? I groan and blink my eyes open. Blue. That's all I see. Extremely blue eyes. Yes, I said eyes.
"Are you ok?" the guy asks as he stares straight at me.
"Uh-um, yeah," I stutter. He offers me his hand and I accept it as he pulls me up. Wow. He's tall. And I must admit, extremely attractive.
"CAMERON! Oh, hello, never mind, keep talking!" Ashley yells from the door.
"Well it's nice to meet you Cameron," the guy says. Holy fudge, he has a barley there British accent.
"I find it strange that you know my name and I don't know yours," I respond.
"Elliot, Elliot Winters," he smirks.
"Elliot Winters? I thought you were in England," Aaron suddenly announces as he appears out of nowhere.
"Well I'm back for the year, it's nice to see you again too Aaron," he responds sarcastically. And the accent is showing again.
"Why are you talking to Cameron?" Aaron asks, completely ignoring my presence.
"Well he sort of ran me over while he was walking on the sidewalk," I answer for him.
"I can't say that I regret running into the beautiful girl," Elliot says with a wink at the end... And there go my cheeks. They're probably a vibrant red. Aaron's jaw visibly clenches and he gives Elliot a heated glare.
"Back off Winters," Aaron growls lowly, taking a threatening step towards Elliot.
"Make me Weaver," Elliot taunts, taking a step closer, making them nose to nose.
"ARE YOU TWO GAY!?" Ashley screams as she runs up to the little group. I wonder where Blake went. At that moment, Blake walks up to us in the same clothes he came to the house in.
"I just came back for my stuff... I didn't know you were gay, and dating Elliot," Blake blinks as he joins our huddle.
"And you look stunning, Cameron, and Ashley as always," he adds as an after thought.
"I'm not gay," Aaron defends as he turns to look at the three of us.
"Well I am," Elliot grins, looking at me. My eyes widen and Ashley's jaw drops.
"It's always the hot guys," she mutters under her breathe. I elbow her. Elliot gives us a look of confusion before explaining.
"Gay means happy, I am happy since I bumped into Cameron," he grins.
"Flirt," Aaron says in a fake cough. I scowl at him and turn my attention back to Elliot. He smiles at me and I return it.
"Maybe I'll see you at school, bye Cameron, and Aaron, as well as Blake and his girlfriend," Elliot waves before continuing down the street. He's nice, he's attractive, he's the total package. I may just have a slight crush on him.
