Chapter 7

The rest of the day was pretty peaceful. All my teachers seemed nice. I made two new friends Shelly and Carissa. They are very friendly and they are in most of my classes.

"Okay guys I'll see y'all tomorrow," I said while I was at my locker putting up books. "Bye Em," Shelly and Carissa hollered while walking towards the door.

Before I could shut my locker a hand slammed it closed. "You ready," a familiar voice said. I turned around to see Cameron with his bright white smile. "for?" "aren't you comin to my house?" "well yeah but later.. I have to go get my books and I drove my car up here." "Well fuck!! you always have a problem." "I'm sorry I have to drive to school and have my books at my house." "okay..well don't show up till 7:30 cause I got shit to do." "fine."

I got to my house around 6:30 because I went to the library to do my homework.

Hmm which book should I take, I thought to myself as I scanned up and down my book shelf.

I decide to pick my all time favorite "The Fault in our Stars"

I put on a pair of jean shorts, that I would not be aloud to where at my old school, and my old high school's football team T-shirt. I put in a black head band that held my hair back. It was 7:25 so I decide to get my book and head downstairs.

7:33-

I knocked on the door quite loud. A different face opened the door,"who are you?" He had bright blue eyes and he was cute but not as cute as Cameron. "Uh I'm Cameron's partner on a school project." "Ah! for a second there I thought you were the stripper and I was really excited. Most strippers aren't that pretty but at least they have cheap sex," he laughed "come on in" "Cam should be in his room. It's up the stair first door on the left." the bad thing was, I already knew where his room was located. "Thanks," I said with a crooked smile. "Oh and by the way I'm Nash, Cam's friend." I stopped halfway up the stairs,"I'm Emilee." He smiled and I kept walking up the stairs.

As I walked in a small foam ball hit me in the face.. "oh I'm sorry I was aiming for the basket..and you should probably start knocking.." "well why didn't you get your ass off your chair and come open the door when I knocked on the front door." "Because Nash was down there waiting for his girlfriend." "oh he said-" "Can we just start already," he asked annoyed.

"Okay so I brought one of my favorite book, "The fault in our Stars." Is that okay or I can go get another one." "No that's fine. What's it about?" "Well how bout you read it and then we will both know." "Fine, I guess. under one condition. you have to read it with me." "why?" "Because I don't want people to think I'm reading some girly ass book." "Okay but it is a really good book."

"Yeah, yeah whatever," he said while laying down on his bed. "So are we gonna start reading," "Sure. read me the first few chapters." "Uh I'm not reading this whole book to you. We have to read every other chapter.." "fine. I'll go first," he snatched the book from my hand.

3hrs Later

"I'm tired," he wined after reading his chapter. "Me too," I yawned, checking my phone to see the time. "Shit it's already 11:30," I yelled grabbing all my stuff. "So what?"
