Chapter 11

"Hey Cam."
"Where are you going?"
"Um you know...We had that project to work on and you said not to come over here but..I came to see where you were at because you were taking so long and then..."
He calmly walked closer to me and put his finger on my lips. "Shh. you talk too much.." He leaned in and pressed a soft kiss on my lips. "Relax babe"
"Cameron we really have to work on this project."
"Fine but let's do it tomorrow after school. I'm tired."
"Cameron... You mean lazy"
"Em?"
I gave him a pouty face.

"You should stay with me?"
"What"
"Yeah you can stay here."
"No thanks I don't want to sleep in a bed where a thousand other girls have slept."
"A thousand and 1. "
"Shut up," I said shoving him a little bit.
"To be honest the last couple of girls I slept with were because I wanted to see if I really liked you,"
"Was that supposed to make me feel special," I asked slightly pissed.
"Quit being so cute em. Are you staying? Pweeese,"

As much as I wanted to I couldn't stay there and I shouldn't. I think I might actually like him...no love him.
"Cameron I don't think-"
"Please stay... We don't have to stay in my room. We can stay wherever I just want to be with you"
My heart melted as I smiled at him, "okay cam... Living room it is"
"Umm"
"Don't tell me you-"
"Just once or twice Em"
"I know where we can stay and it's clean," he said leading me to his parent's room.

I followed him up to the room.
The room was spectacular and magnificent.
"Cameron it's so-"
"Ugly?"
"No it's beautiful Cam"
"Well it will have to work for tonight"
*we talked for hours about or childhood, hobbies, and interests*
We were both laying down on our stomachs and looking at our phones.
"Hey Emilee"
"Yeah what's up," I said as if we had been friends for years
"Do you want to know what happened to my parents?"
"If you want to tell me.. I am here for you"
"Well it was my sophomore year and we were driving home from my basketball game. We lost and I did horrible.. It was the last time I had ever played. Anyway my dad, mom, and I were in the car driving home.. My dad was yelling at me about how horrible I did and how I was never gonna go anywhere in life. Then next thing you know, a car ran a stop and crashed into the side of our car. I woke up in the hospital a couple of days later an orphan. So I got a job and my older brother kinda helps out here and there"
"Cameron I'm so-"
"It's fine. It really is Em.. I just wish I could have told them goodbye you know"
"Yeah I understand"
"Emilee. What would you say if I said I love you"
" I would say I love you too "
I gave him a kiss on the cheek. He gave a sincere smile and said let's go on an adventure... Right now"
