CHAPTER FIFTEEN!

from the time between Gustavo
coming up with the plan,

he and his cousin were
finding the perfect time
to catch Sofia in the act.

This was proven difficult
though as Sofia and Nick
were very cautious

He had been keeping a close eye
on the two but still wasn't
able to find any incriminating
evidence

However, today must've been different
as his cousin came running to him
telling him that he saw
them both making their way
into a car together

Of course, Gustavo
was thrilled about this
and entered his car and parked
it in an alleyway awaiting
for Nick and Sofia to drive past

After about 10 minutes, they did
and he began to tail them
whilst also not trying to make it
obvious that he was doing so.

They drove for sometime and
stopped on the outskirts of
Medellin

Gustavo, not wanting to be caught
stands behind a wall but
he still was able to hear their
conversation

Before deciding to record snippets
he pulls out his camera and
begins to take a few pictures of
the two.

"Perfect" he whispers to himself
before pulling out his phone
and recording their conversation

"We're close to finding your father
and putting him behind
bars" nick says to Sofia
who appears to look relived

"Good, I hope for mine
and Medellin's sake that the day
he's put behind bars is soon" she
replies

"Don't worry baby it will be,
I appreciate all your help
in helping me find him" Nick says

"I just have a bad feeling about
this" Sofia
states with a shaky voice

"He's out there somewhere Nick"
she continues but Nick simply
pulls her into his embrace

"He won't touch you baby,
believe me" he replies

"Hey, dry your eyes. Let's
go grab some food" Nick continues
wiping the tears that began to
fall onto Sofia's cheeks

Gustavo watched as they enter
the car and then drive away

He then presses 'stop recording'
on his phone before smiling
smugly

"Oh Sofia, If only you knew what is
about to hit you"

"Phillip Hermano, we did it,
we fucking did it!" Gustavo exclaims
as he enters his house

"You got the evidence?" Phillip asks
hopefully

"I caught that bitch redhanded
and her gringo boyfriend too"
he exclaims excitedly

"That's what I'm talking 'bout"
Phillip says pulling his cousin
into a man hug

Gustavo pours them both
a drink whilst places a cigarette
to his mouth

He hands Phillip a glass
and then lights his cigarette

"Here's to the fucking downfall
of Alejandro Lopez" he exclaims
raising his glass

"Salud" Phillip murmurs
before both men take a
Sip

After about 30 minutes of
chatting, the two finally
decided to call up Alejandro

And how they got his number you ask?

Well, Phillip forced one of Alejandro's
workers to hand over his phone
Beforehand

The phone rang a couple of
times before he picked up

"Juan, what's the news?"
Alejandro asks

"Son of a bitch, this isn't
Juan" Gustavo spits

"Then who the fuck is it?"
Alejandro asks with a harsh tone

"Oh don't worry about my identity
worry about what I'm about
to tell you" he says

There was silence on the other side
before Alejandro speaks

"Carry on."

Gustavo looks at his cousin
with a smirk before speaking

"You have a rat in your
family and I know who
it is"
