He can't be left alone with that monster ever again

Max POV -

It had been two weeks since I had last seen Nev, or even heard from him. He was ignoring my phone calls, texts, emails and I was extremely worried. Season 2 of Catfish was due to start next month and the fact we hadn't even spoke about the show was nerve wracking me. I had a feeling Rachel was behind all this, controlling him and blocking off his connection with people. I needed to see him, anything could of happened and I would just be here, in the darkness completely unaware of everything. This is the man I am planning on running away with and starting a life with. Yes we will get tortured for it but, I'll be with him and we'll have each other, that's if he's still alive...

'Pri, baby?' I shouted through to the kitchen, I looked up to see her head popped around the door. 'I think we need to go and see Nev' she rolled her eyes automatically at his name, 'No we don't.' I stood up and walked towards her, raising my arms and placing them on her shoulders. 'I have a feeling he's in trouble Pri, you know, with the whole Rachel situation. He's been ignoring my texts and phone calls and I'm scared the worst has happened.' She let out a loud groan, I could tell she was totally against my idea. 'He'll be fine Max, don't worry. Rachel isn't capable of something that serious-' 'YES SHE IS!' I snapped, 'You know she's been abusing him, for all we know he could be dead right now. This is why I need to go and check. If he was answering my texts, yeah okay.' I watched as she completely ignored me and walked back into the kitchen, my heart sank to the bottom of my stomach as for all I know, Nev could be gone. I grabbed my laptop and logged onto twitter, I tweeted and asked how everyone was, and this is when I read my mentions.

'Max! Have you heard about Nev?'

'Nev is in the hospital!'

'Whats happened to Nev?'

'Is Catfish still going ahead?!'

My heart began to race as I quickly went onto Nev's profile, nothing. It then crossed my mind to check Rachel's profile, and that's when I seen it.

'My baby @NevSchulman is in the hospital, pretty serious but he'll pull through! He's currently in a coma but he's so strong and can do this! I'll keep you all up to date when I hear from the doctors.'

All I wanted was to scream in her face, punch her and kiss Nev right in front of her. I can't believe she's putting on this 'innocent' act for all her followers, when she'll be the reason he's in there. She was by his side, his possible murderer; while I was at the other side of America. I decided to quickly book a plane to NY for tomorrow morning, really early before Pri would be awake. As she was downstairs now, I scrambled up the stairs, shoved a few things into a bag and put it under the bed so she wouldn't see it. I needed to see him, but seeing him that broken is probably going to break me as well. Seeing Rachel will anger me, but I won't start any drama for Nev's sake. I just hope he wakes up while I'm there, he can't be left alone with that monster ever again.

He will wake up, he will.
