WARNING: VIOLENCE ( I think im on crack while writing this. How could I write such a thing lmao)

Another kick was swiftly brought into contact with your stomach, and you doubled over, gasping for air. That kick had forced the air out of you, and it was hard to catch your breath again. As you took in ragged breaths, the jeering around you agonised your eardrums, adding onto the headache that was already pounding in your temples. You prayed fervently that they wouldn't bring in any more injury to your already weakened body. One more kick or punch, would probably leave you for dead.

"Girls, I have enough fun for today. Let's go home." Her icy voice dripped with venom as she turned on her heel, and the dull rumble of the sound of their school shoes dying away was music to your ears.

It signalled the end to your torture.

You tried your body weight with one foot and jerked back when white hot pain thundered down the whole length of your body, making you collapse to the ground.

Just a few more minutes, let me rest.

You leaned your head back on the alley wall and felt the dull throbbing of pain in every part of your body. You thought back about how excited you were the first time you had stepped into Seijoh High to follow your childhood friends, Iwaizumi and Oikawa, who were 2 years older than you. You had developed a crush on Oikawa when you were a kid and was disappointed when you found out he had a girlfriend already. However, you still hung out with your childhood buddies, even joining the volleyball team to catch up the times your weren't together. However, all that changed quickly when Oikawa's girlfriend thought you were out to steal her man, and set off the torrent of Oikawa's fangirls onto you. Them beating you up almost every time after school had then become a regularity, and you were scared to tell the teachers about it, not wanting to to seem whiny,

You bit your lip. As much as you would like to stay in this position, you had a life to get on with, you told yourself. You heaved your aching body up with great difficulty, and hobbled out of the alley. It was dark already, and you were glad that nobody would look at you with their curious eyes at your beaten up state.

--

Looking at yourself in the mirror, you barely recognised yourself anymore. Dark crescent moons resided below your eyes, stubborn to leave. Nightmares plagued you ever since the beatings started and you couldn't sleep well, always jerking up in the middle of the night with cold sweat beading your forehead. Bruises were generously sprinkled on your face, some old, some new. Fresh Cuts and a split lip finished your look this morning. Lifting up your blouse, you grimaced as you saw a deep bruise the size of a football spreading from your left hip to your back in a brilliant livid purple. Thank god you wouldn't be needing concealer for that, nobody will see it under your blouse. After applying a thick layer of concealer of your face, you took a deep breath, bracing yourself for the new day.

--

"(Y/N) you've got new bruises on your face everyday." Iwaizumi tilted his head and looked at your face, worry lines creasing his forehead. You felt as if you got shot in the stomach with a bullet of ice. You scratched your neck nervously as you replied, "Ah, I keep tripping on the steps to my door thus falling on my face haha. I'm really clumsy." You laughed a nervous laugh. and took a sudden interest in your shoes as you and Iwaizumi walked to both of your classrooms. You cursed yourself on not putting enough concealer.

"(Y/N)-channnnnnn~, Iwa chan~" A familiar voice sang in your ears and a small smile crept to your lips as you heard the voice you loved so dearly. Turning around, your face fell as you not only faced the chocolate brown haired boy, but also a pair of snake eyes that eyed your smugly, spotting the bruises on your face. Her arms snaked Oikawa's body possessively. Your breath caught in your throat as you bit your split lip nervously and then regretted it.
