He ascended the steps as the doors opened. "You must be the Dowager Queen's son-in-law." A maid said. "Yes I am. Empress Yusei Atlas." Yusei replied. The maid smiled and lead Yusei to his mother-in-law. He heard her laugh. "Oh! I would've loved to be at the invasion of Julia! To see the Julians faces!" She joked. The two entered her sitting room where she was talking with her lady-in-waiting. "Dowager Queen Asteria, you have guest." The maid said. "Of course. You are dismissed, Lady Lancaster." Asteria said. The lady-in-waiting nodded and left. Yusei came in. "Ah! Hello there, my son-in-law! Do come have a seat!" Asteria said, showing an empty seat for Yusei. "Thank you." Yusei said, sitting down in the velvet chair. Asteria crossed her legs and looked very energetic.

"I have a feeling that someone else is here too." Yusei said. "You're right." Someone said. The door opened to reveal Yusei's mother. "Hello, Mother." Yusei said. "Hi, son." Kimika said. She sat down next to Asteria. "I have something to ask the both of you." Yusei said. Asteria and Kimika listened. "As you might have heard, I am pregnant with the Emperor's children, so I am asking: do you have any advice on motherhood?" Yusei asked. "Yes we do." Asteria said. "This piece of advice comes from me, Yusei; consider your children's feelings about a situation."

"What do you mean?" Yusei asked. "Long time ago and a few days after Charles' death, my old ladies-in-waiting suggested that I remarry and move on from Charles, but I refused. I took Jack Jack's feelings into consideration and how a stepfather and even a step sibling would affect him." Asteria replied. Yusei was amazed at how strong Asteria was. "That is my advice to you, Yusei." Asteria added. "This next word of advice comes from your own mother, Yusei. And it's to encourage your children to learn more." Kimika said. "I will." Yusei said, smiling at the advice. "Another piece of advice is to raise them the way you were raised." Kimika said. "Or take turns with Jack Jack on your raising style." Asteria added. Yusei nodded. As the hours and advice went on, servants brought them pots of tea and snacks. "Before you leave, Yusei. Let the both of us give you one last piece of advice." Kimika said. "What is it?" Yusei asked. "Always love your children." The two replied. Yusei smiled and nodded. "I will. I'll always love my children." He said.
