Yusei waited for Jack at the gates of the palace. He was glad to get away from all the gossip and drama of the selection, but was nervous about his first date with Jack.
"Hey!"
Yusei looked up to see the blonde prince running towards him. In his hands was a bouquet of roses, which made the raven smile.
"Ready for our first date?" asked Jack, holding out his arm for Yusei. The latter nodded and took his arm. The two began to walk towards the city. People were in the streets going to vendors, browsing at shops, and much more. Yusei smiled at the bright lights and how festive the city was. Jack took a rose out of the bouquet and put it in Yusei's hair. The raven blushed and leaned against the blonde.
"Jack, I'm hungry." said Yusei.
"Where do you want to go?" asked Jack.
"Anywhere good." replied Yusei.
Jack led Yusei to a quaint restaurant tucked into a building in a quieter part of the city.
"What are we doing here? What is this place?" asked Yusei.
"This is my mother's favorite restaurant to go to when we visit the city." replied Jack.
The couple went in and Yusei was amazed. The place had stars hanging from the sky and ancient stories on the walls.
"Like this place now?" asked Jack. Yusei nodded and kissed him.
