Jack, Yusei, and their court entered the palace. "Welcome." A voice greeted. The group turned to find the owner of the voice. "You must be Pharaoh Atem." Jack guessed. "You're right. I am Pharaoh Atem." Atem replied. "Well then. I am King Jack Walter Atlas of the Atlas Kingdom." The blonde introduced as he bowed. "I've heard plenty of stories about you, Jack. I'm sure you've come here to discuss something." Atem said. "But first, you all must be tired from your long trip here. Come have something to eat."

Atem looked at Yusei and the wives with brown robes on. "I also advise your Queen to take off his robes." Atem advised. Jack turned and nodded at Yusei. The raven and the other wives took off their robes and the men were awestruck. Ruka had designed a beautiful dress for Yusei that could tolerate the Egyptian heat while the other wives were wearing magnificent turquoise robes that could also tolerate the heat.

Jack absolutely fell for Yusei in his dress. "Jackie, you seem sick. Has the heat burned you up?" Yusei asked. "No. It's just-" Jack was interrupted by a kiss from his wife. "I know." Yusei said as he hushed Jack's mouth. "Now then to the dining room." Jack commanded as his court began following Atem. Harald was still fanning himself even when they got inside. "Not use to intense heat, are you?" Fubuki asked. "Not at all. The heat is murdering my hair." Harald replied. "I agree. Even in the shade, I feel like I'm being fried." Yuri said.

The group entered the dining room.  There was a delicious feast set out. "Oh my! It looks delicious!" Dennis exclaimed. "Yes. This our hospitality to you." Atem said. The foreigners took their seats. The servants began to whisper about Jack's appearance. "He's not Egyptian! Look at his skin!" A male servant whispered. "His hair is the color of the sun! Why would Pharaoh Atem let such a man in our country?" Another male servant whispered. "Jack, I'm afraid." Yusei said. "Don't be. My appearance is just foreign to them." Jack reassured.

After eating, the group went to find Atem. "I am right here." He said as he was with his court. "Jack, there is business we need to discuss." Atem reminded. "I know. But what will the wives and children do in there free time?" Jack asked, concerned for his lover and the lovers of his court members and their children. "I will take care of them." Heba replied. "Jack, this is my wife Heba." Atem introduced as Heba bowed. "Come now." Heba instructed as Yusei and the other wives (and the children as well) followed him. Jack and his men followed Atem and his court.

The children was playing in the garden while the wives talked. "It's an honor for you to come here. We rarely get any royal visitors from the West." Heba said. "Yes." Yusei replied, a hint of sadness in his voice. "You sound sad. What's the problem?" He asked. "There was two attempts on my life...." Yusei replied. Heba gasped. "By who?! Certainly not Jack!" Heba questioned. "It was by the Julian Empire." Ray replied for her Queen. "The first one was during a parade." Sherry explained. "The second one was air attack in the garden." Yoko finished. Heba hugged his fellow Queen. "That wretched empire has done terrible things to her subjects! They took land from people who worked hard for it and they stripped married, widowed, and single women of their rights!" Aki exclaimed. "I heard about that. My cousin, Nefertari, was forced into prostitution before she fled." Heba said. Yusei was not very political, but he didn't like the fact that women were stripped of their rights and forced into prostitution.

"No empire should do that to her subjects." Yusei said. "Your Highness, your husband has a project to become emperor going on." Tanya stated. "Then I will join in. I will make my own goals as empress and champion liberty, stability, tranquility, and serenity." Yusei announced. Heba and the other wives lit up. "And my first goal is to make sure women have their rights restored." He added. His audience clapped. "With your calm and intelligent persona, I think you could create an era of not only liberty, stability, tranquility, and serenity, but a golden age as well." Crow praised. "Yes. I see that you will banish superstition and tension in the future." Isis predicted. The raven smiled.

.....

Jack and Atem were busy discussing trade. "What is it that you exactly trade, Jack?" Seth asked. "Well then. I heard diamonds are something special here in Egypt but it takes weeks to get to the mines." Jack said. "Where is your point?" Seth asked. "I have diamonds." Jack replied. Seth looked at Jack. "Prove it." He ordered. Jack smirked and snapped his fingers. Shinji pulled out a beautiful raw diamond. "Bring it." Atem ordered two servants. The servants went over to Shinji and placed the diamond on a pillow. The Egyptians examined the diamond carefully.

There was a long silence, but Jack was determined. "This diamond is perfect. No flaws at all." Atem said. "Are diamonds the only thing you have?" Shadi asked. "No. We have iron and copper too." Jack replied while lifting a red cloth to for the Pharaoh and his court to see the raw iron and copper. "Iron? That could help Egypt in the future." Atem said. "I know about all the materials, rubies, and ore you have, Pharaoh Atem. I'm just waiting for your seal of approval."  Jack said, feeling my cocky than ever. "I agree to this trading contract." Atem agreed as he signed it.

Jack smirked. "Wonderful! I'm sure you and I can not only be trading partners, but good friends as well." He said. "And what might we have in common?" Atem questioned. "Our hatred for a certain empire." Jack replied. "A certain empire?" Shadi asked. "Yes....the Julian Empire to be exact...." The blonde replied. Atem clenched his fists. "Of course. I could've never thought a hatred for something would bind us together." He said. "That empire is terrible! Just some while ago, they destroyed the temple of Nefertari!" Seth bellowed. "My hatred comes the fact that they killed my father....and that's why I'm on a campaign to become emperor." Jack explained.

"Emperor? You plan to crush the Julian Empire and take their lands as your own?" Shadi asked. "Yes. To take lands so unimportant to them will be my best dish of revenge." Jack replied. Atem smiled, seeing how Jack was so confident. "I shall support and aid you in your campaign, Jack." He said. The two rulers shook hands.

After a while, Jack and posse left.
