Christmas special pt 1

Narus pov~

It was now the day before Christmas December 23rd. Sasuke and my dad have just finished putting up the tree and me, Hinata, Kyu, my mom, and basically all the girls will be decorating. Since I can't use my wind carpet or basically any Justus while the pregnancy I won't be able to do much. Me Hinata and Kyu are cuddled up on the couch drinking hot chocolate under a blanket. We where watching The Grinch and Kyu seemed to enjoy it. "How's the movie honey?" Temari asked her. Kyu was smiling and laughing. She giggled and bounced on the couch when the grinch wrapped the little girl with Christmas rapping. "I see she likes it." Sakura said softly. "Girls trees ready!" Sasuke called. Everyone jumped up from where they where and ran over to pick up ornaments. I slowly got off the couch with the assistance of Hinata. "Hey take it easy you got babies in you silly." Hinata cooed. I chuckled and stood up. "Hey princess." Sasuke said pulling me closer by my waist. "Hey princey." I said giving him a small peck on the lips. I walked over to the tree and bent down to pick up a shiny red glistening ball. It had small grains of silver glitter and was the size of the palm of my hand. I slowly hung it on the branch that was the same height as me. I continued to do this same exact thing with various different ornaments all different shapes and colors. "Ok no more for you you can't climb a ladder or use jutsus so take Kyu and all the children to finish the movie." Ino said climbing the ladder placed in front of her. "Ok everyone follow me." I sighed. The kids came running over giggling and jumped on the couch. I picked up the remote and pressed play. "Momma." Kyu said from behind me. "Sing a song." I blushed but agreed. "Ok but give me one second." I said. I went to my room and took out a small guitar I had stored away. I don't know if I remember how to play but this song is a childhood favorite of mine. Tsunade would sit me in a chair and play the guitar while I sung the song. I went back down and sat down in front of the tv screen. "Ready?"

At this point I got everyone's attention. "No matter how many times I hear you sing you never cease to amaze me." Sasuke said softly. He walked over to me and kissed me sweetly.

(Next day)

"Kyu wake up sweetheart!" I yelled into her room. It was Christmas Eve today. She ran out in her little Christmas onesie she got from Kakashi. "Are we gonna open presents?!" She exclaimed. "No honey that's for tomorrow but I suppose you can open one after breakfast ok? Sasuke is making pancakes." She smiled and hugged me to which I gladly hugged back. She ran off and I sighed. "That girl is sure in for a surprise." I murmured grinning a little to myself. I walked downstairs to see my fiancé struggling with the pancake batter. "Need help honey?" I teased. He playfully glared and nodded a no with a huff. "I am perfectly capable of making pancakes." He said playfully. "Momma can I open the present now??" Kyu said already rummaging through presents. "Fine fine pick one." I walked over to her and settled down on the couch. "This one!" She help up a small little envelope. "You sure?" I asked. She nodded happily and sat down next to me. She asked me to open it which I did. I carefully pulled out the small white slip of paper. I already knew what it was but I still found it cute.

(Letter)

Dear Kyu,

I know we haven't talked in a while. That's mostly my dads fault since he's been training me non stop. I'm sorry I couldn't spend yesterday with you all my father wouldn't let me go see you. I miss you did you know that? Everyday. I'm so glad we are together but the reason my dad has been training me so hard was because he found out we where dating. I still don't know how but Hinata and Neji have tried everything to change his mind and let me become an Uzu nin but nothing has worked. So they are gonna sneak me out to see you. I love you ok? Don't ever forget that.

By the time I finished reading it out loud to her she was in tears. She hugged the letter to her chest while holding onto me. I softly stroked her hair whispering sweet nothings. Sasuke came out with semi burnt pancakes and smiled at me. He also knew what the letter said.
