"Derek's POV"

"This night never happened okay? I say as I was putting on my pants. 

"But why Derek, I love you and I always had. I was heartbroken when you chose her over me." said Nikki. I turn around and was furious. "This was just a one time thing. I love Mackenzie and only her. This night was a mistake and besides your with Terrance." 

"It wasn't a mistake when yo dick was in me though, now was it and fuck Terrance. He is just a distraction." she says with a smirk. I scream in rage and walk out. I go to my car and just sat there realizing what I just did. I just slept with my girlfriend's best friend. I promised her I was going to wait for her and I cheated on her with Nikki. And to top it off her boyfriend is my best friend. Terrance is going to kill me. I want to tell him and Mack but it would be awful. Mack and Terrance would hate me. I think it's better if I kept this a secret. I was about to drive off when my phone went off. I look at the caller I.D and see Mack's pic pop up.

Phone Convo

D- he-hello

M- Hey babe, is everything okay??

D- Um yea, everything's fine. Are you safe in Miami??

M- Yea everything is good here. Am  I calling at a bad time??

D- Actually yea, I'm driving home.

M- Oh well um I'll call you later. Love you

D- Yep love you too bye.

I can't believe I did this. Ugh I'm an awful person. But I can't tell her. She will be heartbroken.

-Makc's POV-

Did he just hang up on me. What is going on with him? Maybe he just isn't feeling well, I'm not going to worry about it. I have to get ready for my first day at Miami High. Last night I begged my dad to let me borrow the Camaro and he finnaly gave in. 

I just got out the shower and decided to wear my white sun dress with my white strap sandles. I flattned my hair and applied some mascare and pastel pink lip gloss. I grabbed my phone and purse and ran downstairs. I got the keys ad walked outside to my dad's red 2014 Camaro and hopped in. I drove to the mall to buy some stuff for school tomorrow and I thought I was in heaven. It was huge. I went to the directory and it had all of my favorite stores. Lids, American Eagle, Forever 21....you name it. I decided to go to Lids, I needed a new hat in my life. As soon as I walked in there was a crowd of boys and I decided to stay as far away as possible. I looked around and made a straigt bee line to the Chicago Bulls section. 

I love basketball. I can't play it well but I love watching it. I'm a Chicago girl at heart so as soon as I saw the Chicago bulls hat I almost died. I grabbed it along with a Bears beanie and went to the checkout.

"That will be $40.65 please." said the check out girl. I pulled out a fifty and was about to give it to her when someone already beat me to it. 

"Keep the change sweetheart" he said to the girl. I simply grabbed my bag and walked off until someone grabbed my arm.  "So I dont get a thank you." he said wth a smile. I'm not gonna lie he was gorgeous. He was light skinned with deep dimples and a fade but I love Derek.

I pulled away and said, "I didn't ask you to pay." He looked a bit shocked and I walked away smiling at my accomplishment. 

-Jake's POV-

"I didn't ask you to pay" she said with a blank face. She walked away and I was left there feeling real stupid. A girl has never been able to resist my charm. I've never seen her around before. She was different then a lot of these Miami girls. Ima keep an eye out for her. 

I walked over to my guys and they were all lauging at my failure. "What the fuck is funny" I ask them. My friends burst into laughter and Kyle spoke up. "She got you man, she got you real good." I hit him on the head and we walk out of Lids not even getting enything. We were all pretty hungry so we headed to the food court. We included me and my friends, Kyle, Tre, Luke, and Dontae. We walked up to this burger place and when I turned my head I saw that girl in the Coldstone Creamery line. 

"Hey, I'll be right back I think I want some ice cream." I leave them behind and I can here Luke say, "He probably saw that girl again" they all laugh and I just ignore them. I payed the guy behind her twenty bucks to let me cut and he gladly excepted. I smiled and tapped her shoulder. She turned around and she was smiling but when she saw me it suddenly left her face.

"What do you want this time, to buy me a five dollar sundae?" she said with a glare on her face. I chuckled and resonded nicely. "No, I wanted to know if I could get you name. I'm Jake" she looked at me for a minute and sighed, "Fine. My name is Mackenzie but everyone calls me Mack. Ther are you happy now."  She looks at me and she smiles a little. "Oh my she actually can smile at me." I say. We both get ice cream and talk a little. She tells me she moved here from Chicago and that she misses her home already. She also told me she had a boyfriend back home but I didn't care. He was in Chicago and she is here with me. I'm going to get her one way or another.
