Chapter 17

Sam's mom had called and said she was driving her so I went straight to school. Today the final decision was gonna be made about which parent got custody of me. Damn, they make it sound like I'm more of a piece of property then a person.

I got there a bit late so I got my books and ran to class. I apologized for being late and quickly took my seat in the back while Ms. Kane wrote me a note thing saying I had detention after school. I smiled at Sam, who didn't even look at me. Something was wrong most definitely wrong. Out of the corner of my eye, I caught Bella looking at us, a smirk on her face. Okay, what did that bitch do to Sam.

It was lunch time and Sam had disappeared. "Hey Lexie" I said sitting beside her at the lunch table "what's up with you an Sam? did you two get into a fight?" I shook my head "no, she just stopped talking to me, but I think it had something to do with Bella" "why?" "she kept smirking at us, and flirting with Sam a lot, but she just sort of stood there not trying to stop her" I explained. "Let's talk to Sam after school" "I have detention" "oh what did you do now!" I laughed.

Sam's POV

"Bella listen I" "shh, quiet baby" she stepped closer as I moved back, until she had me pinned against the wall. She had dragged me into the girls bathroom. She kissed at my neck and I tried to push her off, but she was stronger then me, everyone was stronger then me. She kissed me hard, I tried to resist, but I found myself kissing back. It felt good, her arms around me, bringing back the feelings I once had. "What the hell!" we pulled away and turned to see Des, oh god she saw, and I can't use the drugs as an excuse now. "Leave us alone bitch, can't you see she doesn't want to be with you anymore?" Bella spat. Des simply turned and walked away, "wait, Des!" I yelled running after her. "No! I get it, you want your old lover, we're done Sam" she growled. I had never seen her so angry, it scared me. I just stood there, watching her walk away.

Destiny's POV

I sat in sententious with the rest of the trouble makers, while the teacher who was supposed to be watching us, had fallen asleep. I can't believe Sam, after everything, she goes and sucks Bella's face off. I looked at my watch,i still had twenty minutes left, the teacher was still asleep. I got up and quietly left the room, I got in my car. I just sat there, I banged on the steering wheel, making the horn beep a few times. "Why!" I screamed, I was crying. I didn't care if there was somebody watching, I just sat there and cried. I loved her, I loved her withe everything I had and this is what I get. I started the car and drove home.

"What happened?" dad asked as I walked in, my face was a mess and my hands bruised. "Nothing, how did the case go?" he sighed "Des, your mom won" I closed my eyes. No, this can't happen, i can't go back to living with her. "She's coming to get you Saturday, she wants to move back to California, and she's filed a restraining Oder against me" I just starred at him, not saying a word. I walked up to my room and sat on my bed. "No!" I screamed "this wasn't supposed to happen!" I knocked over my desk, throwing books off shelves. I continued to scream as I pounded against the wall, I fell to the ground and curled up in a the corner. I cried , till the tears stopped coming, and I just laid there screaming. This wasn't supposed to happen.
