A smile grew on Y/S/N and my face. "Yes please," We said together. This was our chance to still be a family have a father like a figure even if we had no mother a father is better then nothing.

It was time to go home for Christmas holiday I did not know what to expect but Professor Snape said we are going to our new home after getting our stuff from the manner. At the moment we were packing Y/S/N was overexcited talking about a new beginning but I was not paying any attention I was to busy in my own thoughts. What will the house be like? Will we even get a Christmas? Will we have our own rooms? Will, he continues to be a scary guy or is there another side of him?

(Snape P.O.V)

Did I really know what I was getting myself into I mean Kids and ones the dark lord was after at that? What if he comes to the house? What if I am not ready to be a Dad? I thought as I pace up and down my room. I was packed and waiting for the girls.

When I finally heard a knock on the door I stopped my pacing and opened the door it was the girls followed by Professor Dumbledore. "Um Girls come on in and just wait a minute I have to talk to Dumbledore for a minute," I said I did not want to force them to think of me as a Dad I mean the fact their Mum died has not sunk in yet. As we left I could see that Y/N was very quiet whereas she is normally very outspoken. When Dumbledore and I got out he shut the door with a now serious expression on. "Sevures, listen these girls have never had a father and now there Mum is gone I think you should keep a watch full eye on them and don't push it." He said I knew what he meant. "I know sir and I will. I have already grown to like these girls and I don't want anything to happen to them when they are ready to accept me as their father they can but I will not push them." I say before Dumbledore let me go back to the girls. When I got in the girls where standing where they were when we left. "Ready to go, girls," I ask walking over to them. They nod so I send our luggage to my house before taking the girls down to the boundary before apparating to their mansion. "How about you two go get your stuff and I will wait here for you," I say. "Ok, Professor." Y/S/N says witch for some reason hurts me. "We are not at school call me Sevures," I say. "Yes, sir I mean Sevures." Y/S/N says before running off Y/N kept quiet and walked after her sister. Note to self ask Y/N what is up when we get home. I thought as I sat on a chair in the dining room.

After about an hour I heard the girls come down the stairs. Y/S/N was running down looking very happy whereas Y/N walked down slowly looking very glum. "You two ready to go?" I ask getting up. "Can we say goodbye to the house elves first?" Y/S/N asked. "Yes," I replied. "Thanks." Y/S/N said before running to where I assume was the kitchen. Y/N just nodded and followed her sister. She had been quiet the past few weeks. "Excuse me Sevures?" I was snapped out of my thoughts by Y/N. "Yes Y/N?" I say realising this is the first time in 3 weeks that I have heard her talk. "Well we have many house elves as you know but... um, can mabey our house elf Joey come with us?" She asked in a whisper. "Yes, he can come," I say and I see a slite smile appear on her face for a brief moment.
