Isabelle's pov
three weeks later.

i slowly walked up to our apartment building using my key to enter. i was finally ready to talk to Corbyn.

when i found out i was pregnant i was already 3 months along, so my bump is starting to show.

i walk up the stairs to the third floor, and down the hallway to apartment 3E. I slowly knocked, not wanting to face the person behind that door.

A couple seconds after Isabelle knocked on the door, it slowly opened. There she saw him, with the same messy blonde hair, and the cute smile.

"Isabelle?"
"hey baby." i said.

as much as i didn't wanna admit it, i missed him. i missed just the feeling of being with him. looking at him and feeling that little tingle in my heart.

"you're showing" he spoke softly, touching my stomach. "yeah" i almost broke into tears, he loves this child, i could tell.

"i'm so sorry" he said as he touched his forehead to mine. "it's okay, it's okay, we're okay" i said, crying.

well that's at least what i she wanted to do.

Isabelle woke up to the drapes being opened by her bestfriend. not wanting to get out of bed, she threw her blanket over her head in hopes that her friend would leave her be.

"Isabella Maria Ross it is christmas eve and i'll be damned if you stay in bed all day" she was practically yelling at me.

"i'm gonna go see corbyn."
"no, nope" she spoke as if i was her child.
"it wasn't a question, it was a statement" i snapped at her, she can't tell me whether or not to do this.

"i have a right to see my fiancé" whether i wanted to say to or not it's true. Someday, right?

three hours later.

"Izzy you can't do this" no matter how many times i told her, she wouldn't stop trying to make me stay.

"what AM i supposed to do Clara, stay here hidden away from him forever? hmm. tell me, cause last i heard of Jamie leaving you, you didn't get out of bed."

i did not just do that, i brought it up. her past. her pain.

"Clara i- i'm so sorry" i tried to defend myself now realizing what i had just said.
"no- no your right. i was a mess, neither you or Corbyn deserve to feel the way i did. so, what are you waiting for? go get him." she said with hope in her voice, which made me smile.
