After shivika reunion, both wants to spend all their time with each other. They want to forget all bitter memories in last three months of their separation. But daadi is new villian in their love story now. Shivaay was around Annika all the time after he proposes her in front of all the media. Daadi warned Shivaay to stay away from her till their wedding. But Shivaay being a love sick teenager was always searches ways to be with Annika. So daadi gave them one rule 'Do feet durr' . Daadi warned them to keep distance of 2 feet. But Shivaay broke that rule many times. So daadi is very angry on shivika now. And OmRu are also with daadi. The helped daadi to catch shivika red handed. They told daadi how they broke her rules. So now daadi is very angry on shivika. And OmRu suggest her to give big punishment for their deed. Shivaay took this lightly and he thought that daadi will give him one small punishment. So he was ready for punishment. But when daadi announced the punishment he was shocked. And OmRu laughed looking at his face. Annika also shocked by this punishment. Gauri-Bhavya was in shivika team. They request daadi to cancel this punishment. But OmRu convince daadi to give this punishment to shivika. Shivaay request daadi to cancel this punishment and in return he promised to keep 2 feet distance from Annika. But daadi being daadi, she gives punishment to shivika. Shivaay requests her and asked Annika to do the same, but daadi didn't listen. Finally shivika got biggest punishment of their life means they think that it is biggest punishment of their life. The punishment id..... 'Stay away from each other.. As long as daadi said. Don't talk to each other. Don't even come face to face . '
Shivika has to follow her orders as daadi said if they broke the rule, then she will not talk to them and she will not attend any function of their upcoming wedding. So shivika was ready for this punishment. Since OmRu was in daadi's team they are not allowing shivika to meet or see each other.
One night,

Shivaay was lying on bed. But sleep was far away from his eyes. It's been two days , he had not seen his Annika. They send letters to each other through Gauri-Bhavya. But OmRu catch them red handed and daadi scolded Gauri-Bhavya.
So , their is no way to contact each other. Shivaay was lying on bed thinking about Annika. He got a phone call from Mishra. He attend it and cuts the call after shouting at him.
He looked at his mobile screen which has Annika's smiling photo. Shivaay caressed her face and kissed on his mobile screen. Suddenly his eyes caught something. He looked at the date on his mobile screen.
