After Valkyria's match, the magic users Konton rank 7 and Trem rank 5 were up next, except it wasn't really a fight, it was completely one sided. Konton showed no mercy to Trem who was bombarded with devastating light and dark attacks, officials had to stop the match to prevent Trem's death and carried him out on a stretcher. Konton then walked off the stage and up to (Y/N) while giving him a look of disgust.

Konton : Apprentice of Magi, your mere presence here disgusts me" he said coating his hand in a black aura as (Y/N) prepared to fight
The sound of a staff hitting the ground hard got their attention, they saw Magi standing before the two magic users with a glare.
Magi : Remember, any fighting outside the stage is forbidden and both parties will be punished harshly" she informed as Konton released his glowing hand
Konton : Hmph, your apprentice must be weak if his master has to interfere with our private discussion" he said as Magi smiled
Magi : No, I just don't want my apprentice to be disqualified before he destroys you" she responded as Konton gritted his teeth and left the two
After that encounter, the next match was Chao rank 6 and Arashi rank 6, with Arashi being the winner. Kiri No o rank 8 and Magum Ruptor rank 5 were next and to no one's surprise Kiri won with his excellent swordsmanship and magic use. The next match was Gagaga rank 2 and Le Fay Pendragon rank 7.
Gagaga : Wait, SHE'S A RANK 7!?" she shouted surprised as she turned towards Valkyria for advice
Valkyria : Don't lose too fast" she said nonchalantly
Gagaga : THAT'S NOT HELPFUL!" she responded as Valkyria shrugged and the announcer began the match
BEGIN!
Le Fay summoned her broomstick and began hovering above the stage.
Le Fay : TAKE THIS! LIGHT SPHERE!" she said summoning a large ball of light that flew towards the frightened and frozen stiff magician
Gagaga remained still as the ball made contact and exploded, making a massive dust storm surround the field. Once it cleared up, Gagaga was on her back with spiral's in her eyes.
Announcer : Gagaga is unable to continue, the winner is Le Fay Pendragon!" he announced as the crowds cheered and she flew towards the ground to leave the fighting stage
Northwemko : Wow, excellent student Magus" she said sarcastically as said girl huffed
Magus : At least one of my apprentices is still in the game" she responded as Wemko giggled confusing her
Northwemko : I never said I only had two apprentices" she said as Magus turned back to the field
The next match was Aka rank 8 and Tenebris rank 7, with Tenebris being the winner as she used her dark magic to trap and defeat Aka. With the first round finished everyone looked at the board to see who was going to face next.
