Aubrey: (cuts Nick off with a slap on his face) Don't you dare say you're sorry! I thought that this could work out, but clearly I was wrong because we've been dating for less than twenty-four hours and you're already cheating on me!
Nick: Yeah but...
Aubrey: SAVE IT! We're through. (walks back to the party)
*Setting changes to the dance floor*
Jake: (walks up to Nani and Michael dancing) Hey Nani! Congrats on winning that award for Best Junior Author of the Year. You deserved it.
Nani: Thanks Jake!
Jake: No problem (walks away)
Michael: Looks like you have fans (turns Nani around to see a group of people)
Nani: Hey guys!
Group: Hi Nani.
Nicole: Congrats on the award Nani.
Nani: Thanks, what's your name?
Nicole: Nicole. I'm a huge fan.
Nani: Well thank you all for supporting me. I really... (looks to her right and sees Asha) Umm... I'll be right back, Michael come with me. (grabs Michael's wrist and walks toward Asha)
Michael: What are you going to say to her?
Nani: Tell her to back off.
Asha: Hey Nani, hey Michael.
Nani: What in the world is wrong with you?!
Asha: What do you mean?
Nani: Why did you kiss Nick! Aubrey just broke up with him because of you!
Asha: Why would you think I was the one to kiss him? Maybe Nick could've kissed me. At least ask me for my point of view before accusing and yelling at me.
Nani: Did you or did you not kiss Nick?
Asha: Oh I kissed him and he kissed me back.
Nani: Oh you... (Michael covers her with one hand before she can finish)
Michael: Sorry about that. We'll just be going now. (walks away still covering Nani's mouth)
Nani: Mmmmm!!! (push Michael away) Okay you didn't have to cover my mouth that long, I could barely breathe.
Michael: Yeah, yeah, yeah. We should head back over to Aubrey and Nick, to check on them, and see if they're getting along. Plus there's going to be a bonfire later and that should help keep minds off things.
Nani: Okay, but after we check on them can we go back to the dance floor?
Michael: Of course. (grabs Nani's hand and starts to walk)
