The Christmas Party

I know it isn't Christmas anymore but I just thought that I would still throw in a Christmas party!!! Don't worry The Moving Day Pt 2 will be published after this Christmas Party which will have a Pt 2 I hope you guys enjoy this chapter the main Christmas part will be in Pt2 this one is everyone getting together! Klaus's POV

I had called Rebekah to help me pick out some gifts for Caroline, and normaly I'm not into the whole Christmas spirit but everything changes when I'm with Caroline.

"Hello Nik" Rebekah says with a warm smile

"Hello dear sister" I say with a smile back and wraps her in a hug and she hugs back

"So how many I help you this time" she says while pulling out of the hug

"I need help getting Caroline some gifts" I say and watch her reaction as her jaw drops

"Did Caroline change your mind about Christmas?" She asks with a slight giggle

"Yes, yes she did" I say with a slight smile forming on my lips

"Well what do you plan on getting her?" She asks right when my annoying little brother Kol walks in

"Am I interrupting something?" He laughs and poops down on the couch "so what did I miss while I was daggered by our ungrateful brother?" he say's with a smile to piss Klaus off

"Well the only thing you missed is our dear brother here finding true love with a girl named Caroline Forbes" Rebekah says while walking over to sit next to Kol on the couch

"Isn't Caroline the girl you had sex with in the woods while her best friend Matt was buried alive?" he asks while laughing

"and you just always seem to find pleasure in talking about my sex life but you haven't had sex in a long while brother" I say with a smirk and sit down on the chair just as Elijah and the whole Mystic Falls gang walk in through the door

"Hello Niklaus, Rebekah, Kol" Elijah says as his way of greeting us

"Hello Elijah, how was your trip here?" Rebekah asks being the nice one in the family but as soon as he is about to talk Elena interrupt him

"Where is Caroline at?" Elena asks while looking directly at me

"My dear sweet Caroline is having a little rest from everything that has happened, assuming she did tell you what happened to her" I say with a hint of rudeness as I'm not too fond of Elena and her remarks she always makes

"No she didn't tell us what she went through" Elena pauses a second before continuing "What room is she in me and Bonnie would like to talk to her"

I stand up and being heading to the stairs but turn to look at Elena before I go up the stairs "I'll see if she is in the mood for company at the moment" I say before heading to my room to check on my sweet Caroline

Elena's POV

"Since when did Klaus all of a sudden start to care about Caroline and her well being and all that?" I question looking at Rebekah and Kol 

"Since you all didn't seem to care to come find Caroline and see how she was doing? Oh let me guess Caroline didn't tell you she was coming to New Orleans now did she" Rebekah says with a sassy tone

I stop for a second and look at Bonnie "Did she tell you she was going to New Orleans?"

"No she didn't but her mom told me she was for her and Tyler's  year anniversary together" Bonnie say's while wondering where Tyler is "Where is Tyler anyways?" she asks while looking at everyone

"Caroline or Klaus can explain that part to you" Rebekah says and she goes to the kitchen with Stefan following right behind her

Caroline's POV

I was sound asleep after I spent most of yesterday getting all my stuff brought down here and talking to Klaus to see if we could get my mom to move down here as well so she is closer to me, while I was sleeping I hear my door open and see a tall dark shadow walking towards me and I start to panic thinking its Tyler trying to get his revenge on me for ruining his plan to kill Klaus. But all my worry goes away at the sound of Klaus's voice.

"Love? there are some people downstairs that want to see you" he say's with a soft voice while kneeling down next to where I'm laying and move a strand of hair away from my face

"Who is here to see me? Is it my mom?" I start to wake up a little hoping my mom would be here but I also start leaning into his touch with a smile

"No it isn't your mom but I will make sure that you can go see her very soon" I say with a smile and continue talking again "Elena, Bonnie, Damon, Stefan and Matt came down to see you, would you like to go see them?" he ask while placing a soft kiss to her head trying to be very gentle with her

"I would like to see them but I look ugly, I am disgusting I still have to shower and get my make up on I-" I go to continue what I was saying but get cut off by Klaus

"Sweetheart you look beautiful like always, and you don't need that make up stuff to make you look pretty, cause you already do look beautiful" he says and it makes me blush and I give him a soft kiss on the lips and smile when he kisses back

"You know I've been meaning to ask you something but I'm giving you time before I ask" he says with a small smile and helps me sit up 

"No its fine please ask" I look into his eyes and he sighs 

"I was wondering if you would..." he pauses and looks down, I bring my hands up to his face and gently move his head to look at me 

"Klaus its fine" gives him a reassuring smile and watches him take a deep breath 

"I was wondering if you would... if you would..." he looks at me one more time and continues "if you would go out with me?" he bites his lip and I sense his nervousness, I take a minute to think about it and before I can respond he says "If not then I'll wait for you as long as I have too" I smile 

"Yes, of course I will go out with you" I look into his eyes and sees him shocked

"Really? but what about what-" he starts to say but I cut him off

"What happened between Tyler and I was the past this is he future and my future is with you" I smile at him again and he leans in and kisses me passionately as the clock strikes midnight

"Merry Christmas sweetheart" he says with his famous smirk

"Merry Christmas Klaus" I say with a big smile as he lifts me up in his arms and I laugh

"No more calling me Klaus, just call me Nik or my love" he says and kisses my head while I wrap my arms around his neck and lean into him

"Can I call you my big soft cuddly wolf?" I look at him as he smirks

"Only you can call me that no one else" he says while walking me down the stairs to meet all my friends he leans his head down and whispers in my ear "I love you sweetheart" he smiles

"I love you to my big soft cuddly bear" I giggle and kiss his cheek as we make our way down the stairs
