#17 Haruto

"Ouch!" Haruto whined in pain as you harshly pressed a cotton on his face.

He got some scratches, bruises and you don't know where tf he got these wounds. Now, you're so mad at him.

You harshly pressed it again but then he grabbed your hand and took the cotton.

"I'll do it." He said. "No, I'll do it." You said back with a blank face. "Then, be gentle! You're making it more painful." Now, he sound irritated — but you don't care, you're angry too.

How can he just involve himself into fights? He's your friend, of course you would worry about him. "Fine!" You said and you held his face. You took again the cotton from him and this time, you treated his wounds gently — face was near from his.

This guy who always wear a blank face — you didn't know he was this handsome. You can't help but to think that this face suits a sweet smile.

"Stop it." You said to him. "What?" He asked. "Stop staring at me. It's uncomfortable."

You said without looking at his eyes. He went silent for a minute. "I just want to look at your face at this close... at least for the last time."

He said softly and you finally look into his eyes. There's a sadness. You said, you want to see him smile — but you're here...hurting him.

"W-why?" You asked.

"Why? You're asking me why? You know the answer. I love you... But you chose him, you chose Jeongwoo."

You never saw him like this, he might be serious and cold at all times — now, he's hurt. And you're the reason.

He suddenly pulled you into a hug. He buried his face into your neck and he hugged you tightly.

"Haruto.." You can't say much, you don't know what to say.

"You're supposed to be with him by now, I'm sorry for that." He said from your back. "But I would be lying if I'll say that I'm not happy that you're here... with me." He added. 

"Merry Christmas." He said again as you feel his tears fell into your shoulders.
