Leave it to both their friends and others

At no one's POV

Serenity looks at both her big sister Joanna and her brother-in-law Seto. "Can I involve our group of friends and others in the preparations of this seventh wedding anniversary?", asks Serenity. "Yes, you can", say both Joanna and Seto. 

"We will cover all these preparation expenses this time too", say both Seto and his brother Mokuba. "Well, we will inform both of you about the event venue and the time as we want it to be the best surprise", say both Serenity and others. All of them are happy as they get the permission of arranging this surprise event.

Yami, Mokuba, Marik, Bakura, Tristan and Duke have planned a bachelor's party for Seto. Whereas, all these ladies decide to have a sleepover party for Joanna. So, Seto has to stay away from Joanna for one night before this special day. Before going to Jichan's place, Seto passionately kisses Joanna on her lip and kisses on his two little girls' cheek for last time. All men are staying at Grandpa's house and all women are staying at the mansion itself tonight.

At Seto's POV (At the bachelor's party)

At Jichan's house, no alcoholic drinks are used for this party as all of them decide to be concerned about their only pregnant friend Tristan's health. So, all of them have ordered a lot of healthy snacks and healthy juices for this party. Bakura and Marik were once troublemakers but now they are no longer become troublemakers after they got married to both Ryou and Malik. All men except for Duke, are actually missing their respective mates. 

Mokuba, Conner and others try to cheer up Seto as he is loudly snobbing at the party. A few minutes later, Yami, Mokuba, Marik and Bakura start crying loudly as they miss their beloved a lot. Conner hates it when he sees everyone crying except him, Duke, Tristan andJichan. So, Conner decides to place the monopoly game with his dad and others, in order to cheer them up. 

"Stop stuffing food in your mouth Tristan, one after the other. You will be choked and the baby will be harmed", warningly says Duke. A few minutes later, Tristan feel that their twins have kicked inside him for the first time and he places one of Duke's hand lightly on his tummy. Duke is extremely happy to feel these kicks of their own children. Duke kisses his mate's forehead as he is extremely happy. All men, including both Jichan and Conner go to bed early. Conner has to go to school on the following day.

At Joanna's POV (The Sleepover Party)

Delia puts her both grandkids Sya and Seth to their respective cribbles, found inside the nursery room upstairs. Hope goes to bed early too as she has to go to school on the following day. Serenity, Mai and Tea are busy preparing the surprised wedding dress and wedding suit. Delia and Rita are busy discussing about the catering for this special day.

Yugi, Ryou, Malik and Joanna are eating a bowl of two different flavored ice cream on their seats. Joanna asks Delia and Rita to prepare a three layered wedding cake with an amazing topping of both Red eyes Black Dragon and Blue eyes White Dragon are entwined their tails together in a romantic way. Yugi goes to sleep early on the couch as she is extremely tired according to her health condition. Delia, Rita, Joanna, Ryou, Malik, Mai and Tea are playing with dominoes in the living room.

Joanna starts to cry loudly as she misses her husband a loudly and this is not good for baby, according to her actual condition. So, Delia could not see her grandkid or grandkids to be harmed inside Joanna's womb and she gives Joanna her own mobile to talk with her elder son. "Hello Seto, I miss you a lot tonight", sadly says Joanna. "Hello Puppy, I miss you too a lot tonight", sadly replies Seto. Seto could hear her crying a lot through the mobile.

"Dragon, I am no longer able to bear this short separation tonight", says Joanna. "Hey puppy, please stop this continuous crying or else you will harm our unborn babies inside your womb", politely says Seto. A few minutes later, due to continuous snobbing loudly, Joanna loose her consciousness and drops her mobile on floor. Delia sees Joanna is unconscious on the couch and Joanna's mobile is on the floor. Delia picks up Joanna's phone and talks with Seto.

"Hello Seto, Joanna falls unconscious on the couch suddenly", sadly informs his mom Delia. "Mum, please call doctor Ishizu immediately and asks others to fan out out air near her", orders Seto. Yugi and others start fanning ther friend continuously while Malik informs her sister-in-law Ishizu about Joanna's health condition. Ishizu immediately reaches there with her husband Mahad, to check on Joanna's health. 

She gives a small injection to Joanna, in order to wake her up. Two minutes later, Joanna regains her consciousness back. Ishizu makes her sit up and gives her a glass of water. Ishizu books a hotel room for Joanna to spend the night with her Seto alone, after getting permission from both Delia and Jichan. Immediately, Mahad drops over Joanna at the Plaza Hotel. After a while, Seto reaches there in his limo.

At Seto's and Joanna's POV (At one o'clock in the afternoon, At the Plaza Hotel) Lemon

Both Seto and Joanna go to the check-in place so that they can pick up card keys of the booked room. From there till the room, Joanna is being carried in bridal style by her husband so that she does not exhaust herself too much. 

Once arriving at the booked hotel room, Seto puts Joanna back on her feet and he unlocks their hotel room. After locking the door from inside, Seto hugs Joanna. Both of them are happy to be back in each other arms. They romantically starts sucking each other on lips. Both of them are completely naked in front of each other. 

Both of them tumble on the bed while making love with each other. This time, Seto has to be very careful while making love with Joanna as she is pregnant. Seto kisses all over his wife's body, starting from the forehead. He kisses her everywhere (her forehead, her left cheek, her right cheek, her left side of her neck, her right side of neck, her left shoulder, her right shoulder, on her left breast and on her right breast too). 

From there, he licks her left breast nipple with his tongue and he does the same treatment with her right breast nipple. Then, he places a kiss on Joanna's belly, in order to show affection to the unborn baby or babies inside her womb. While doing these mentioned actions, Joanna continues to moan loudly. A few minutes later, Seto re-dress both him and his wife back just to avoid make them sick before the wedding.

At no one's POV (In the evening at the Plaza Hotel) 

Seto sends the limo back to the mansion, in order to pick up everyone from the bride's side. Once reaching there, everyone from the bride's side arrives at the same hotel, all of them were allocated to rooms found in same hotel block (where Joanna's room is, that's is Block A). 

Then, the limo goes to pick up everyone from the groom's side, at Jichan's place. Once reaching there, everyone from the groom's side arrives at the same hotel, all of them were allocated to rooms found in same hotel block (where Seto's room is, that is Block B).

Hope and Sya are staying with their mother in her room, along with both their aunt Serenity and their Grandma Delia. Conner and Seth are staying with their dad in his room along with both their uncle Mokuba and their Grandpa Roland. 

While Joanna breastfeeds her princess Sya, both Hope and Serenity fan in air towards her as it is too hot for Sya to stay in. Serenity makes Sya to bump out gas from her mouth after she has been fed by Joanna, by rubbing slowly her little back. Delia puts both Sya and Hope to sleep next to their mother on same bed.

While Seto feeds Seth with the formula bottle, both Conner and Mokuba fan in air towards as it is too hot for Seth to stay in his room. Mokuba makes Seth bump out after he finish drinking milk, by rubbing slowly his little back. Roland puts both Seth and Conner to sleep next to their father on same bed.

 Yugi, Ryou, Tea, Malik and Tristan go to their respective hotel rooms with their mates to sleep as all of them are extremely tired for the whole day.
