Ryou, Malik, Tea and Tristy are sixth months pregnant with their mates' twins. Joanna is at the end of her pregnancy period, that is, she is on her sixth month pregnant with Seto's quadruplet babies.
At Seto's POV (In the bedroom)
Seto is actually working from the bed itself, next to his beloved wife Joanna. A few minutes after, Joanna receives a sharp pain inside her womb and she is sweating profusely on her face. "Is everything ok, puppy?", curiously asks Seto. "Yes, all are fine", replies Joanna. She receives a sharper pain again and her water breaks.
"Dragon, my water is already broken", painfully replies Joanna. Without losing a seconds, Seto moves her in the emergency room of the mansion. Mokuba calls Ishizu and tells her that Joanna is in unbearable pain. One minute later, Ishizu and same group of doctors start to operate Joanna.
At Joanna's POV (In the emergency room)
After the third pushes, the first girl is out and Seto cuts the umbilical cord to separate her away from her mother. After the six pushes, the second girl is out and Seto again cuts the umbilical cord to separate her away from her mother. After the ninth pushes, the third girl is out andSeto again cuts the umbilical cord to separate her away from her mother. After the twelfth pushes, finally, the last girl comes out and Seto again cuts the umbilical cord to separate her away from her mother.
Joanna loses her consciousness after the last girl is born. Ishizu and group of doctors shift both Joanna and her four baby girls to her personal room. Ishizu informs everyone that both Joanna and her four girls are fine. Everyone congratulate Seto on this happy occasion again. Yugi, Mai, Ryou help Seto to feed his four princesses with a bottle of formula, one by one.
At Joanna's POV (In the bedroom)
On the following day, at around two o'clock in the morning, Joanna completely regains her consciousness. She sees that there are a pair of rocking cribble on both left side and right side. "Finally, my sleeping beauty wakes up", happily says seto while feeding the elder baby princess. Two hours later, Emma brings her sister Sya next to her mother in her room. Sya sees her baby siblings for the first time and she is shocked for a few minutes.
But, later on, she happily claps both her hands and happily chirps "Momma". Seto hands over the eldest baby princess to Joanna so that Sya could see her baby sister and Sya lightly kisses her on her forehead. Seto sits next to his princess Sya on the bed and starts tickling her on her belly. Sya happily keeps on chirping "Dadda" to her dad Seto.
She finally goes to sleep in her dad's arms. "Dragon, you should have feed her with a bottle of formula before she goes to sleep", angrily says Joanna. "I am sorry. I will feed her next time before she sleeps", calmly replies Seto. Joanna starts to breastfeed her eldest baby princess her milk.
"Seto, why are you sad?", asks his wife. "Because it had been a long time since we had made love with each other, puppy", sadly replies Seto. Ishizu comes to fill up the birth document papers with the quadruplet baby girls.
"Carrine Wheeler Kaiba is the first eldest baby girl's name. Corrine Wheeler Kaiba is the second eldest baby girl's name. Christine Wheeler Kaiba is the third baby girl's name. Christina Wheeler Kaiba is the last baby girl's name", happily announces Joanna and Ishizu notes all these names properly on paper.
Ishizu leaves out of the personal room immediately after her work is done as her husband Mahad is waiting for her, in the living room. Joanna continues to breastfeed Carrine with her milk, on the bed while Seto lovingly feeds her with some light vegetables soup (her mother-in-law Delia makes for her).
