Seto's Happy Family Book 1

Health Check ups

This chapter takes place after four months later. Yugi is nine months pregnant. Ryou, Malik, Tristy, Tea and Joanna are four months pregnant.

Yami stays with Yugi all the time as her delivery date could be any time. But one day, Yugi's water broke later at night and she screams loudly in pain. So, Seto calls Ishizu to deliver the kids at home itself but in another spare room, known as emergency room. 

Seto calls a group of professional doctors to avoid the same accident to happen with one of his friend. Inside, Doctor Ishizu and Yami are with Yugi as she is in an extremely painful condition. After a few minutes, a group of high specialised doctors come with the required operation equipments from Kaiba Corporation Hospital. A few minutes later, doctor Ishizu and this group of doctor instruct Yugi to push with a lot of efforts so that one of the twin babies come out of her own body. 

After three pushes, the baby boy come out first and Yami have to cut the umbilical cord so to separate the baby boy away from Yugi's umbilical cord. After sixth pushes, the baby girl finally comes out and Yami cuts the cord, in order to separate the baby boy away from Yugi's umbilical cord. Both babies' cry could be heard from outside of the emergency room. 

Yugi was shifted by a group of doctors from the emergency room to his personal room in the mansion. Yugi is unconscious for sometimes as she is tired after this operation process. Yami thanks his cousin Seto for his great help. Around two am in the morning of the following day. When Yugi regains her consciousness, she is happy to see that both babies are fine. 

After two hours later, Ishizu meets both Yami and Yugi to fill up the names of born children. The boy's name is Dillan Sennen and the girl's name is Delanie Sennen. Everyone in the family, congratulate both Yugi and Yami on this happy occasion. Yugi starts to breastfeed her little baby princess Delanie as she is very hungry and Yami holds Dillan in his both arms while sitting in a chair near his wife. After feeding Mana, Yugi breastfeeds the little baby prince Dillan as he is hungry too. 

Ishizu does a regular health check up on all her remaining patients (Joanna, Ryou, Malik, Tea and Tristy), one by one. 

At Joanna's POV (In the check up room, at the mansion)

After screening Joanna's womb from inside, Ishizu notices that inside her there are quadruplets babies. Both Joanna and Seto are shocked that they will be expecting four babies over next birth delivery. She informs them all these babies are girls this time. According to Joanna's pregnancy case, Ishizu informs Seto that Joanna's due date will be on sixth months of her pregnancy. 

Ishizu strongly warns Seto to be very careful about Joanna's healthy diet during her pregnancy. Ishizu also states that Seto needs to be with his wife all the time and he should be working from home as from today. Seto is very protective father of both Hope and Sya for the time being. Very soon, he will become protective dad towards all these four baby girls once they will be born.  

At no one's POV (In the check up room, at the mansion)  

Ryou and her twins are fine. Malik and her twins are fine. Tea and her twins are fine. Tristy and her twins are fine too. Ryou, Malik, Tea and Tristy are shocked to hear that their Joey (Joanna) will be giving birth to quadruplet babies at the end of her sixth months. All of them are happy but at the same time they are worried for their friend Joanna. 

Six years before, Joey (Joanna) had died after giving birth to Emma and Evan at the Kaiba Corporation Hospital. That is why Joanna's friends are extremely worried about her physical condition. All of them do not want the same accident to happen with her again.

At Seto's POV (Family moment between Seto, Joanna and their elder twins)

Joanna changes her two elder twins' names with her husband's permission. Now, they are Emma Wheeler Kaiba and Evan Wheeler Kaiba. Emma loves playing with her baby sister Sya as well as Evan loves playing with his baby brother Seth. Both Emma and Evan are seven years old. Joanna is very happy to have a happy family with her husband.

Both Emma and Evan ask their mother about how she met their dad. Emma notices her mother blushing at her dad when she asks this question. Joanna starts telling her love story to both Emma and Evan.

The love story begins:

When she attended to the same Pre-primary school where Seto went. Joanna and Seto had been childhood best friends for each other over two years (From three years old to five years old). After being at Pre-Primary School, both Seto and Joanna had been going to the same Domino High School.

At Domino High School, over thirteen years (From five years old to eighteen years old), Seto had been teasing Joanna by calling each other both "mutt, lazy bone and dog" and "moneybags, jerks and rich boy". Joanna had been joyful and carefree person who used to crack jokes and enlighten all her friends' moods at school. But, Seto had been serious and well-mannered person who used to hate both Joanna and her groups of friends presences. Both Joanna and Seto used to bicker a lot with each other, by throwing comments against each other.

After finish studying at high school, both of them went to the same college along with their same group of friends. Seto had been studying in the Business Management as the main subject and Joanna had been studying towards the Culinary arts as the main subject. Again, they used to bicker a lot with each other as Joanna had been ready to answer Seto back against his bad comments on her.

One day, at the canteen, Seto had realised that he had fallen in love with Joanna as she had been a fiesty and jovial lady. While fighting with each other at the canteen, both Seto and Joanna had tumbled on each other body. But, Joanna was laying down on the canteen's cold floor with Seto laying on top of her. Both of them were looking at each other eyes but they did not care about their surroundings. 

Their faces were a few inches away from each other lips. Suddenly, Seto had moved forward his face towards Joanna's face, in order to kiss her on her lips. A few minutes later, Yugi, Yami, Ryou, Bakura, Malik, Marik, Tea and Mai, all of them were shocked to see both Joanna and Seto were having a short love making session on the canteen's floor. Both Seto and Joanna were embarrassed to make love with each other in front of a lot of students at the canteen. Both of them heard their friends telling "Opposite always attract towards each other".

Seto and Joanna had their first kiss at the college's canteen. After this embarrassing incident, Joanna wanted to run away from Seto but Seto did not allow her to do so. While making love with each other, Seto had confessed his true feelings to Joanna and she was shocked to hear about Seto's love confession. 

"Puppy, I have been loving you since early childhood", said Seto. "Really Dragon, Is that true?", jovially asked Joanna. Since that day, Joanna and Seto had been together as both girlfriend and boyfriend for each other till they had graduated in their respective subject field (Business Management and Culinary). On their Graduation day, Seto and Joanna had given a pair of promising rings to each other.

Since the Graduation day, Joanna had been staying with her sister Serenity at the mansion, along with both Seto and Mokuba. Three months later, Joanna had found that she was pregnant with Seto's child after she had got a positive result from the used pregnancy test kit (pregnancy test done by herself). She was sobbing loudly inside Seto's bathroom after she had locked the door. Seto had heard his beloved crying loudly since early morning. 

"Puppy, what is wrong with you?", asked Seto. "Dragon, the pregnancy test result is positive and I am pregnant with your child", sadly replied Joanna. Seto could hard process these spoken words in his mind for a few minutes. A few minutes later, Seto was totally shocked to know that Joanna was actually pregnant with his baby. As soon as, Joanna had unlocked the bathroom door, Seto had lifted her up from the ground started spinning her around, in a bridal style. "We will become parents very soon", said both Joanna and Seto, at the same time. Two weeks later, Seto and Joanna were married to each other in a traditional wedding style.

"That is how your dad and me end up by loving each", says Joanna. After this, Emma and Evan go to bed along with their baby siblings (both Sya and Seth). Both Seto and Joanna go to sleep in their room.
