2. Backstage

-After the concert-

Elise P.O.V.

"That was the most awesome concert ever!" I said, still full of excitement. "It was!" Bree agreed, "though I'm still a bit pissy abut that mom pushing me away just for her daughter to see R5." "Bree, don't worry about it! You should be glad you could get here, not everyone could..." I tried to cheer her up. "You're right. You're always right," she smiled. "Also, do we really have to make a way through this crowd?" The door was all the way on the other side of the building, and it was really crowded. I looked around, until my eyes caught another door. "Maybe we could go there," I suggested pointing at it. "Can't you read? It says 'No Entry'," she replied. "It's that or the crowd; your choice. I know where I'm going." I walked to the forbidden door, confidently. "Fine, I'll go with you!" Bree followed. I silently opened the door, not wanting anyone to notice us. We carefully walked down the hall. "Elise, I think these are the dressing rooms!" Bree whispered. "What if they're here?!" And right after that we heard a voice from behind one of the doors. "I'm exhausted," I heard Ross saying. More sentences were followed after, but we couldn't here them clearly. Then we heard a louder voice from behind us."

Bree P.O.V.

"You're not allowed to be here!" Elise and I turned around at the same moment. "Oh, it's you," he said more calm. It was Ryland! "Do you remember me?" I asked him shyly. "Of course I do. You're.. different." He remembered me! My heart was pounding in my throat, and I could hear Elise freaking out from behind. "Are you alright?" Ryland looked at her with a worried, yet surprised face. "Feeels," she managed to get out, between the heavy breaths. Then a door slowly opened, and apparently, that was too much for Elise, because she fainted. "What is going o-" Rocky, who appeared from behind the door, was interrupted by Elise falling his way. He quickly catched her. "Nice catch bro," Ryland said all relaxed. "Oh my..." was all I could bring out. Rocky, carrying Elise, brought her into the dressing room and released her on a chair. "C'mon." Ryland lead me to the dressing room, where the rest off the band was sitting. It was kinda funny, because I thought I couldn't handle it, but I could. And Elise couldn't, while she was the one staying calm and confident at first.

Riker P.O.V.

"I think you have a few things to explain," I said as I looked at the girl who didn't faint. She sighed. "We wanted to leave, but it was very crowded. Then Elise saw the door to the dressing rooms and she went there so I followed her. And then she fell for Rocky." She didn"t realize what she said until she stopped talking. Ellington, who had been silent until now, stood up. "But that's the girl who kissed me!" Rocky also stood up: "What?! She cheated on me?!" The two boys started arguing. "Dude, don't steal her from me!" Ell got closer to Rocky now. Rydel, who was sitting in between, took Ellingtons hand and pulled him beside her. She set up a fancy high voice: "Ellington dear, where are your manners?" "What manners?" Rocky started again. No one realized Elise was 'back'. "What the heck?" A little voice from behind said. Everyone looked at her, and at how Rocky went on his knees for her. "Darling," he said, taking her hand, "please tell me who your true love is." He pretented to be some kind of prince charming. When Elise realized what was going on, she decided to play along. "When I kissed Rydels prince, I thought it was just for a few seconds. And you, Rocky, weren't standing beside me. I didn't think we'd get this close. But you saved my life," she said dramatically.

Bree P.O.V.

Ryland and I had been watching the 'act' quietly. Ry was standing behind me, just a bit taller, so I could feel his warm breathe in my neck, making me shiver. "I think we should get out of here," he suddenly whispered as he took my hand, and we left the room with confused looks.

When we were out of the room, Ryland faced me and also took my second hand. "They're crazy, right?" he smiled. "They are..." "I guess you also need something like that, don't you?" He moved closer. "Maybe like, a knight in shining armor?" How did he know about that? I asked him, but then my phone rang. It was my mom... "Bree, where are you? I'm waiting outside. Everyone else is gone already!" "I'll be right there, mom..." I didn't give her the chance to say anything else and quickly ended the call. Ryland looked sad already, and it hurt like crazy. I didn't even have to say anything; he already pulled me into a hug. His hugs felt amazing, like his arms protect me from the world around, and the time stands still for a moment. Actually, there don't exist words to describe it. "I'm gonna miss you," I said with a broken voice. Ryland stayed strong, but I felt that he was sad. We ended the hug and went back to the dressing room where the others where just talking now. They looked at us as we entered. "What's so sad?" Riker asked. "I gotta go..." I said, still broken. "Thank you so much guys, I had the best night of my life." Then I looked at Elise. "I'm gonna miss you Bree..." she said with tears in her eyes. We pulled into a tight hug. "I guess you two don't see eachother that much either..." Rocky said carefully, not wanting to interrupt our moment. As we pulled out, Elise sighed. "We actually met for the first time today. We only knew eachother from whatsapp and stuff like that. We have been best friends for a few months, but it feels like forever. "Ahww, that's so cute!" Rydel made both of us smile. Rocky went up to Elise with a really serious face. "Elise, I need your phone number. If anything happens to you, I'm mentally involved since I know you're always thinking about me and how sexy I am." Elise laughed, and gave him her phone number. "Let's just all exchange phone numbers!" Rydel suggested. "You guys are awesome!" When we exchanged the numbers, we pulled into a group hug. We even did the ready set rock thing! And then I really had to go. I gave Ry another quick hug, and then left the room together with Elise. We left through the backdoor. Outside, we gave eachother another hug. "Oh, Bree, by the way... You really have to tell me what you and Ry did." I laughed. "Yes ma'am, but just you." I got into the car and looked outside to see Elise disappear as we drove further. She came with the train, and was probably going there now. "Did you have fun?" my mom asked. "I had the best night of my life."

This chapter was really hard to end because I hate goodbyes :/ I was seriously crying at one point.
